Finn had Xiaoqing search for the largest site in the Galactic Federation, and he started to look through it. With Xiaoqing, Finn didn’t need to set the search parameters and Xiaoqing naturally searched for the designer clothes. It intrigued him how much more functionality these websites had than those on Earth.

Firstly, the most basic feature is that every shop allowed AI to scan your body data, and create a 3D character that matched your physique. This allowed you to virtually try on anything, with no issues regarding the size of the clothes.

Then, the local courier services were incredibly developed, charging similar rates to Earth’s courier services for shipping across multiple star systems, only marginally higher for further distances.

Finn had Xiaoqing select clothes from the most famous brands in the Galactic Federation, each outfit costing at least a few hundred to a thousand star credits. By the conversion rate of big families’ star credits, each was nearly hundreds of thousands or even millions.

The clothes were all luxurious, some even costlier than some small spaceships, but their materials were exceptional. From pure natural high-energy beast skin to ion stream light design… Finn could barely understand these terms.

Though the clothing’s price was much higher than earth’s, they had some unique attributes. For instance, most of them had preliminary defensive capabilities, and any piece of clothing in this price range could withstand any handgun attack.

Additionally, their design ensured that they always maintained their shape, without any creases or other aesthetic damage. Some other pieces of clothing could filter out harmful UV rays, only permitting the beneficial rays within a safe data range for the human body.

Furthermore, countless other small functions existed that did not impede the clothing’s original function or make it more complex. Instead, they enhanced the worth of the item while maintaining its convenience and primary functionality.

Of course, there was a concept of brand value here as well, but Finn wasn’t pleased with these clothing designs. After a long search, he visited a different kind of store — bespoke tailoring. The prices here were even more exorbitant, particularly for private bespoke clothing from certain brands.

After skimming through several stores, he had Xiaoqing sort them by price from high to low. When the most expensive shop appeared, Finn was taken aback. The customisation fee cost up to 20,000 star credits. According to the normal exchange rate, it would be more than two million.

Finn was unsure what specific communication method was being used, but it was noticeably faster than if the Flame Nation tried to open the North Federation’s website from such a distance. They quickly received a response followed by a woman’s voice, possibly altered, making it impossible to guess her age.

“Hello, sir. Do you have any specific requirements for the designed clothing?” the designer asked directly.

“There are a few simple requirements, mainly regarding the style — simplistic, graceful, noble, and elegant,” Finn replied. He might have used simple words, but it’s these simple requirements that highlight designer’s capability, as they pose quite a challenge.
