Abyssal Sovereign: The Demon's Dominion

Chapter 155 Two kai

"Where am I?" Abornim wondered, his head spinning dizzily for a moment. Then—boom!

Abornim crashed into the ground.

With wobbling legs, Abornim stood up.

"Cough... alright," Abornim muttered, grinning as he straightened his body. His eyes glinted with depth as he surveyed his surroundings, realizing he was in a completely new world.

He stood on a beach, his naked body covered in sand.

"Aaaaah!" A female scream broke through the air, drawing Abornim's attention to his side. A woman in a bikini was staring at him, her face pale with shock.

Raising an eyebrow, Abornim glanced down and noticed his lack of clothing.

"Oh," he said nonchalantly as the girl backed away.

"Pervert!" the girl shouted, preparing to flee.

"Per...vert?" Abornim repeated, his tone amused. Suddenly, a wide grin spread across his face as his body began to grow. Within moments, his height reached five meters, his bulk covered in dark scales, his fangs and claws sharp, and a thick, long tail swaying behind him.

The girl rolled her eyes before fainting on the spot.

Abornim chuckled, glancing at the unconscious woman before turning his attention to the water nearby.

This planet seemed simple, but...

Abornim's gaze fixed on a massive column of water rising from the ocean. A strong, condensed energy radiated from it, and a being with an impeccable aura emerged.

"Who are you?" Abornim asked, staring at the human-like figure stepping out of the water.

"Poseidon," the figure replied. His beard was neatly trimmed, and his piercing blue eyes radiated authority.

"Ha, why did Hades release you?" Poseidon asked, a faint smile on his lips.

Even though Abornim was significantly larger, it was clear that Poseidon exuded far greater strength.

"Poseidon? Who's that?" Abornim asked, his tone curious.

Poseidon's smile faded, replaced by a booming laugh.

"How can you forget your god? Demons like you shouldn't be in the mortal realm," Poseidon said sternly.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

Hearing this, Abornim's entire aura shifted. "Which god?" he asked coldly as a terrifying energy erupted from him. The massive water column collapsed, and the ground around him folded in on itself, spanning thousands of meters.

"Quite powerful, but you are TALKING TO A GOD! HOW DARE YOU!" Poseidon roared, releasing his own overwhelming aura that collided with Abornim's. The impact sent Abornim flying back hundreds of meters.

"Aren't these the Greek gods from Void's memory?" Abornim thought, studying the approaching figure.

"You are Poseidon, the god of water?" Abornim asked.

"The god of the sea, storms, and earthquakes," Poseidon replied indifferently.

"Here comes their arrogance," Abornim thought, listening to Poseidon's words.

"The brother of Zeus... hmm, I didn't expect the Greek gods to be this strong. Is it because of this planet? Everything seems stronger and different from Earth in Void's memory," Abornim mused.

"Yeah, I don't care. And I'm not the demon related to Hades," Abornim said as Poseidon stood directly in front of him.

"It's quite interesting that you're not kneeling before me," Poseidon remarked indifferently.

"It seems you don't understand your own strength," Abornim said calmly, releasing his peak Rank 1 aura.

Boom!

Poseidon's body exploded into water.

"Ha, so it was just a clone?" Abornim laughed lightly.

Surveying the destruction around him, Abornim noticed that the girl in the bikini remained strangely unharmed.

"What luck. Well, you'll tell me more about this world. It's different—it isn't supposed to be like this. Poseidon should be weaker," Abornim muttered. Returning to his human form, his black hair framed a handsome face that, under the blazing sun, created a captivating scene.

After all, the Greek gods shouldn't be able to destroy planets in a single strike—or could they? This mythology seemed similar, yet so different from how humans portrayed it.

Kai stood before a massive mountain, its height stretching thousands of kilometers into the sky and its width spanning just as impressively.

"What's going on here?" Kai wondered, staring up at the colossal structure. This ruin was enormous, and his mind raced with questions.

For 20 minutes, Kai had been wandering, feeling as though his luck had abandoned him. "Well, Muchen isn't any better—his cultivation will take twelve hours," Kai muttered with a laugh.

As he approached the mountain, a weak energy pulsed, catching his attention. It felt as though something was calling to him.

"Hmm..." Kai murmured, flying toward the mountain's peak.

The climb was steeper than expected, but within minutes, Kai reached the top. The flat surface spanned hundreds of meters in width, and the mysterious energy grew stronger.

"What's going on?" Kai muttered, walking across the mountaintop. The energy seemed to be emanating from the entire structure.

Frowning, Kai placed his hand on the mountain, and suddenly, a voice echoed in his mind.

"Pick it," the deep, chilling voice commanded.

Kai's consciousness faded, and his body began to transform. A terrifying demon with two wings and two horns emerged in his place. Crimson scales covered his body, sharp claws glinted dangerously, and his glowing red eyes burned with power.

"Never thought I had a split personality," the demon muttered, grinning as it surveyed its surroundings.

With a deep breath, the demon landed at the mountain's base, his speed increasing noticeably.

"This sword... it reminds me of his sword," the demon said, his grin widening. Suddenly, his body began to grow, his strength increasing exponentially.

From the Immortal Realm to the Immortal God Realm, then the Immortal Lord Realm, and finally, the Immortal God King Realm.

Reaching a height of hundreds of meters, the demon wrapped his enormous hands around the tip of the mountain, which, upon closer inspection, resembled a colossal sword.

The demon wrapped his hands around the mountain and pulled it with immense force.

As the aura of an Immortal God King realm cultivator spread, it engulfed the entire ruin and extended outward.

All the guardians frowned in unison. The woman from the Chen clan broke the silence.

"How is this possible? Will the ruin collapse?" she asked, her voice filled with shock.

"Who knows, but if there's any sign of instability, we'll break in. We can't afford to lose these young ones," a Su clan guardian replied firmly.

At the giant hole, Bloodt8 suddenly stopped what he was doing and looked in a specific direction.

"How come?" he muttered in disbelief.

Montel and the First Sequence both halted their actions, their gazes shifting to the same point.

Su Bal and Li Hai also stopped.

"That..." Mo Chu stammered in fear, her body trembling. Even though the terrifying aura wasn't directed at them, it was overwhelming.

"What's that, Senior Sister?" Li Hai asked nervously.

"An Immortal God King cultivator," Mo Chu replied, her face pale.

"Brat, the ruin just got a whole lot more dangerous. Did someone release the Asura clan members?" the old man's voice rang out in Li Hai's mind, startling him further.

Li Hai was terrified.

"This… I thought this would happen on the third day. Did my actions cause this to occur earlier?" Su Bal wondered anxiously. In his previous life, he hadn't challenged Su Yiren, nor had he saved Li Hai or formed a group with him.

"NOT ENOUGH!" a deep, thunderous voice bellowed, echoing through the ruin as the demon increased his strength.

Stage 2 Immortal God King realm, Stage 3, Stage 4, Stage 5… up to Stage 9 Peak.

The entire ruin trembled violently, and the guardians prepared to intervene until they heard a commanding voice.

"Do not move."

Upon hearing this, all the guardians bowed in respect. An Immortal Sovereign realm expert had spoken.

Inside the ruin, fire-patterned runes appeared on the demon's body. The mountain trembled as the demon began uprooting it.

In a consciousness space, Kai watched the events unfold in shock. He was both terrified and bewildered. This being, this demon—it was him. He knew it. Yet, the power, the voice, and the presence were so alien, he could hardly believe it.

Finally, after intense shaking, the demon lifted the mountain with one hand.

"This sword weighs as much as fifty red stars," the demon said, noting the sword's slightly heavy weight.

"This weakling won't be able to carry you," the demon continued as the mountain began to disintegrate.

The surrounding rocks crumbled away, revealing a purple sword. Lightning struck it as a terrifying aura emerged. The sword shrank until it was 1.8 meters in length, light and elegant.

"Ha… you are mine," the demon declared. Suddenly, his body began morphing back to human form, and the overwhelming aura subsided.

Kai regained consciousness, his mind spinning. He glanced at the massive hole left by the sword's removal but couldn't dwell on it. He felt numerous Immortal realm auras rapidly approaching.

Quickly dressing himself, Kai moved to leave, ignoring the sword entirely.

Sensing its master fleeing, the sword flew into Kai's consciousness, embedding itself there.

Soon, terrifying auras gathered at the scene. Montel, Bloodt8, Su Bal, Muchen, Foxy Tail, and others arrived, staring silently at the massive hole.

"It's just like last time, but this time he directly got the demon sword and didn't retrieve the crimson sword," Su Bal thought, his expression grim.

Now, he was certain of it.

In this ruin, there were two terrifying swords apart from the Immortal Emperor cultivation techniques.

One was the Crimson Sword, the other the Demon Sword.

The Crimson Sword was a relatively normal weapon that had been submerged in a blood sea for eons by the Asura clan before their imprisonment.

The Demon Sword, on the other hand, was forged during the Immortal Emperor War. It was said that a demonic cultivator had used the blood of fallen Immortal Emperors to create the blade, resulting in unparalleled strength.

In Kai's past life, he had obtained both swords, though the Demon Sword eventually fell into Li Hai's hands after the world united against Kai, branding him an enemy.

One of the reasons Kai had been able to kill the older generation in that life was due to this demon's overwhelming power in the Immortal Emperor realm and the crimson sword he held .
