Building a Business Empire with my Technological System

Chapter 368: A New Enterprise

A day later, in the Golden Topper. Same as always, Michael went about his work, always monitoring the progress of each of his enterprises. All of them are up in the market, and it has always been like that for the last three years.

While looking at the statistics, the door was knocked by someone from the other side and Michael glanced at the door.

"Who is it?" Michael asked, though he knew for sure who is it going to be.

"It's Juliet, I came here with a report for our banking enterprise," Juliet replied from the other side.

"Come in," Michael beckoned and Juliet swiftly entered his office.

"Good morning, Mr. Reyes, Have you had your breakfast?"

"My girl already did before I went to work," Michael said, referring to his wife. "So was it completed?"

"Yes, I completed the proposal," Juliet replied, handing Michael a neatly bound document as she took a seat across from his desk.

Michael took the document and began flipping through it. "Let's hear the overview."

Juliet straightened, her tone professional and focused. "The proposal outlines the structure and strategy for Reyes Bank. We'll start as a digital-only bank, which will significantly reduce our overhead costs compared to traditional banks. The primary focus will be on providing seamless, accessible financial services through a state-of-the-art mobile app.

Our target market will be the underbanked and tech-savvy younger generation who prefer managing their finances online."

Michael nodded as he continued to scan the pages. "And what about the services? How do we differentiate ourselves from existing competitors like BDO?"

Juliet smiled, clearly anticipating the question. "We'll offer a range of innovative features that set us apart. For one, we'll implement AI-driven financial advice within the app. This will help users manage their spending, save more efficiently, and even invest intelligently, all tailored to their specific financial behaviors.

Additionally, we'll introduce real-time transfers with zero fees, high-interest savings accounts, and an integrated digital wallet that allows users to manage all their financial activities in one place."

Michael looked up, impressed. "That sounds like a solid plan. What about security? We can't afford any breaches, especially with how much data we'll be handling."

"Security is a top priority," Juliet assured him. "We'll be implementing advanced encryption protocols, multi-factor authentication, and AI-powered fraud detection systems. Our IT department has already begun working on a robust infrastructure that will protect against cyber threats. We're also planning to run regular security audits to ensure that our systems remain secure against evolving threats."

"Good," Michael said, leaning back in his chair. "And the regulatory side? Have we started the process with the BSP?"

"Yes, we've already initiated contact with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas," Juliet confirmed. "We've submitted a preliminary application, and the feedback has been positive so far. They've requested a few additional details, but nothing we can't handle. The legal team is working on gathering all the necessary documentation to ensure we comply with every regulation."

Michael tapped his fingers on the desk, deep in thought. "And the timeline? How soon can we get this up and running?"

Juliet opened another document in her folder and glanced at the timeline they had prepared. "If everything goes according to plan, we should be able to launch Reyes Bank within twelve months. That includes the time needed to complete the regulatory approvals, develop the app, and conduct a beta testing phase to iron out any issues before the public launch."

"Twelve months," Michael mused. "That's a lot, I want it done in six months."

"Six months is an ambitious timeline, Mr. Reyes. We can certainly push for it, but we'll need to scale up our resources and streamline some of the processes to make it happen. It will require all hands on deck."

Michael leaned forward, his gaze intense. "I understand that, Juliet. But we're in a position to make a significant impact on the banking industry, and I don't want to waste any time. Reyes Bank needs to be in the market sooner rather than later, especially if we're going to compete with giants like BDO. We can't afford to drag our feet."

Juliet nodded, her mind already racing with the adjustments that would need to be made. "Alright, then. We'll double the development teams, expedite the legal processes, and push the marketing department to start early buzz. I'll ensure our top project managers oversee every aspect of the launch to keep us on track."

"Good," Michael said, satisfied with her quick adaptation. "What about the partnerships? Have we identified any potential collaborators who can help us scale quickly?"

"We've begun discussions with several fintech companies who specialize in digital banking platforms," Juliet replied. "Partnering with them could speed up the development of our app and provide us with cutting-edge technology.

Additionally, we're exploring potential alliances with telecom companies to integrate our banking services directly with mobile networks, making it even easier for users to access our services."

Michael's eyes lit up at the idea. "That's the kind of thinking we need. If we can leverage those partnerships effectively, it'll give us a massive advantage in reaching customers who may not have access to traditional banking services."

"I agree," Juliet said, encouraged by his enthusiasm. "We'll also focus on building strong customer support and education programs. Since many of our target customers might be new to digital banking, we want to ensure they feel confident using our services. This will include 24/7 customer support, tutorials, and financial literacy content within the app."

"Perfect," Michael said, leaning back in his chair with a satisfied smile. "Make sure we have a top-tier marketing campaign ready to go as well. We need to make a big splash when we launch, something that makes it clear we're not just another bank—we're the future of banking in the Philippines."

Juliet smiled, feeling a sense of pride in the work they were about to undertake. "Consider it done, Mr. Reyes. I'll get the teams moving on this immediately. We'll make the six-month deadline."

"Thank you, Juliet," Michael said sincerely. "I have complete confidence in you and the team. Let's show the world what Reyes Corporation can do in the financial sector."

With that, Juliet stood up, gathering her documents. "I'll keep you updated on our progress. If there's anything else you need, just let me know."

Michael nodded, watching her leave the office. Another enterprise, this time the financial sector. He wondered what the competitors' reaction would be.
