Chapter 265 – Zhao Yichen

The Foxes had a field day, they were sorting the things from his Uncle and co.

At first, he could not believe that the Foxes were so greedy, yet so wasteful. Anything that didn't tickle their interest, they threw aside.

"Why did you return?" The Blood Fox asked, sorting the clothes inside the Storage Ring.

"If you won't mind, I would like to recuperate here." Zhao Yichen bowed his head, but the twinkle in his eyes didn't disappear.

Those Foxes were extraordinarily beautiful, especially the sleeping Fox.

'I feel like I would be able to evolve if I devoured her, Master.' A voice inside his body spoke through telepathy.

'Be quiet and don't do anything.' Zhao Yichen snorted coldly, if not for these Foxes he would be in grave danger. Not only was he able to recover his Spiritual Roots, but we might also be able to obtain the things those Foxes don't like. He can't pass on this opportunity while he is weak.

'But if I can Evolve you will get stronger, master!' The voice said indignantly and tried to weasel her way out of his Cultivation Space.

Zhao Yichen immediately locked that place so she couldn't leave.

'Be quiet or I will really lock you there forever.' Zhao Yichen didn't care about her whims, he already owed a lot of favours to these Foxes. If he attacked them or hurt them now he could not be called a Saint!

"We would mind." The Blood Fox said shortly. She felt danger from this guy and she wanted to protect Aiko.

The twins didn't even look at him as they sorted those things and chatted with each other.

"Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Zhao Yichen, a Saint from the mainland. I swear on my name that I won't hurt you during and after my recuperation and I will absolutely return the favour you have given me." Zhao Yichen bowed again and cupped his fist.

"Fine, but if you make any funny movements, you will be dealt with." The Blood Fox agreed only because he made an oath. Now Aiko was safe and he would have to return the favour.

"Thank you." He bowed, not even asking for their nicknames. It was unfit to ask them as they were not close enough.

He sat in his previous spot and nursed his wounds.

"They really only had garbage..." Yuxi's voice drifted throughout the cave and Zhao Yichen coughed up blood.

'Do you have to be so mean?!' He gazed towards the black Fox twin and she stuck out her tongue.

Zhao Yichen's lips tightened. He could not believe that he was being teased by a Fox! She held no lust towards him, yet teased him?!

Zhao Yichen sighed, closing his eyes again. He temporarily disabled his hearing so that he would not be teased.

Yuxi did tease a few more times, but seeing no reaction... she pouted.

"Why are you teasing him?" Wanshu asked questioningly. She felt a very close and intimate connection with Yuxi, so she somewhat understood her thoughts, but she wanted to verify it.

"Because-" Yuxi was about to answer, but was interrupted by the Blood Fox.

"You have too much energy." The Blood Fox finished the sentence for her.

Yuxi pouted at the Blood Fox. "What? Aiko can have excessive energy and I can't?"

"Aiko is young, she needs that excessive energy." The Blood Fox snorted at Yuxi. That kind of excuse would not work on her.

Yuxi pouted her cheeks before returning to sorting.

"I hope Aiko wakes up soon." Wanshu sighed, she wanted to do more with Yuxi. She wondered what this connection could do during their intimate moments.

"That will take quite a long time." The Blood Fox shook her head.

""How do you know that?"" The Twins asked in sync. They immediately gazed at each other and blushed.

"I was investigating Aiko's body. Her Vitality is drained, but everything is working correctly. It doesn't make sense." The Blood Fox shook her head. "But then I remembered that the situation was similar the first time. It seems that Aiko has some kind of ability that can allow her to overdraw her Vitality, but the demerits depend on how much she overdraws."

She continued. "The first time she was slow and somewhat disoriented, but it seems the more severe the Vitality overdraw is, the worse her condition will be."

*Pooof*

Aiko's body released mist and she turned into a small Aiko once again. Aiko was shivering like she was cold.

"Vitality also allows you to combat cold and create warmth inside your body, so it would explain why she felt cold before and liked to be close to the fire." The Blood Fox shifted Aiko's small body on her lap. She wrapped Aiko in beast fur and hugged her gently.

It took a few minutes before Aiko stopped shivering and happily snoozed away.

"Incredible." Wanshu nodded amazed. She underestimated the Blood Fox since she was a Demonic Beast, but that seemed to be a wrong move. She never imagined that the Blood Fox would know so much.

"Can we help her somehow?" Aiko looked peaceful right now, but it still pained Yuxi, since it was her fault. She wanted to Evolve with Wanshu...

"There is no way to help her." The Blood Fox shook her head. "Normally, if one would deplete their Vitality, their body's health would decline, but that is not the case for Aiko. Moreover, I can feel a strange, faint energy inside Aiko. It seems like that energy is trying to... create?... Vitality for Aiko." She was unsure about the last part, since she never heard that Vitality could be created from nothing... Well, then again she also never heard or read about anyone that could overdraw their Vitality and survive it...

Yuxi was speechless. "Aiko can generate Vitality?" She could not quite understand the importance, but seeing how serious the Blood Fox was, it seemed like it was unheard of!

"Will we finish our journey or wait for Aiko to stabilise?" Wanshu asked her teammates.

"We should wait until Aiko wakes up." The Blood Fox said. "It's better if she is conscious along the way so that if we fight she can run away or defend herself."

"Good point." Wanshu nodded gently, no longer underestimating the Blood Fox.

Yuxi finished sorting. "How about the Storage Ring?"

"It has low-grade Pills, toys, torture tools, nothing of value." The Blood Fox would only use unused toys and these Pills would do more harm than benefit.

"Alright, let's store the trash and sell it later." Yuxi nodded.

"Please wait." Zhao Yichen did mute his hearing, but he had to take a dump, so he removed the restriction. Only for him to hear that the Foxes wanted to sell those invaluable Treasures?!

"What is it?" The Blood Fox narrowed her eyes dangerously.

The Blood Fox took the Storage Ring and flicked it towards him. "3 favours and protection if we require it. This is of course non-negotiable." She smiled like a fox.

Zhao Yichen's hands quivered. "Thank you." While this was an absolute scam for him, he still required that Storage Ring!

He looked inside, but his eyes rolled backwards and he coughed up blood.

"How much did my shitty uncle consume?!" He suddenly shouted, but then he felt sharp gazes on him and he shrunk back. "My apologies, if you excuse me." Zhao Yichen bowed, running outside the cave so he could curse freely.

'You should've let me eat that Fox, now she will slowly and painfully die.' The voice scoffed at him.

'Shut up! It's enough that my Uncle lavishly spends the wealth and Treasures given to me by my Family!' Zhao Yichen was fed up with this voice. She was but a Demoness of the Flower Clan. The only thing she knew was to take his seed and sleep!

'Tsk. And you even took that shitty ring. I already told you that if you bring me to my family, they will reward you handsomely!' The voice sounded indignant.

But he never cursed the Foxes. Those Foxes helped him greatly, it would be unjust to do that. If he was in better shape, he would even try to help the sleeping Fox!

He walked back inside the cave. The Foxes were roasting yet another game and his stomach grumbled.

"A favour for a meal." The Blood Fox smiled like a fox.

The twins mimicked the motion of that pair with their heads before responding. ""We are fine."" They tried to shake their bosom in a similar fashion, but the jiggle was not as impressive. The Blood Fox still outweighed them in that!

Zhao Yichen's lips twitched, but he didn't voice his opinion. That didn't mean he didn't silently judge them!

'Just pounce on them, you horn-dog, unlike me, they don't need that kind of sustenance.' The voice scoffed at him.

'When did I enjoy your squeezing?!' Zhao Yichen scoffed back at her.

'Every time.' The voice snorted. 'You even plead with me to use my plant parts on you!' The voice shook in anger.

'*Cough* I don't remember that.' Zhao Yichen denied everything.

The voice couldn't believe his shamelessness, but Zhao Yichen cut the connection, so that she couldn't curse him...
