Turning to look at her sister wives, Li Xiaojing said.

She smiled and continued.

He turned around and asked.

The Empress was more than happy with helping her new husband so she quickly thought of something and then said.

"In the North of Qing Empire, there is an Island we had our eyes on for a while. Many Elders said that there is some treasure there so we have been trying to get there."

She remembered the information about that Island and continued.

"But because of the Sea Spiritual Creatures, it seems impossible. They are much more powerful than the land ones so it's really tough to deal with them. We don't even know what kind of danger lurks there in that Island."

Shen Yu nodded and said.

"Then, it's decided. That Island will become the base for that new civilization. Everyone who wants a peaceful life now will be transferred there."

He tapped the table lightly, gathering everyone's attention. He then explained what he had planned and everyone was good with it.

Shen Yu turned towards Lan Ming and smiled.

"As always, I'll have to trouble you to see through these things. I would have let Qing'er help you but she's busy in her own plans."

While Lan Ming bowed, acknowledging the orders, Qing Zhiyan raised an eyebrow on the offer and said.

"It's fine, Master. Mom can help you and if that bastard finds out about this, it's even better. I need him to suspect mother so this will be a good opportunity."
