Cory observed Ethan's reaction. Seeing that he was contemplating, she sighed inwardly. She knows her family standing in the Ancient Redwood Country.

She doesn't want to spill too much information about her country. Because it might scare the foreigner Ethan. From the conversation she can tell that Foreigner Ethan is not from Super Country or other blessed places.

If he learns about the top force, there is a chance that he might escape. She then looks at Ethan.

"Do you understand now?"

"It's difficult to enter the country with a disguised identity. Maybe you can try entering our country by using your original identity," Cory added.

"Alright, I'll think about it later. But thank you for your clarification though," I said to her.

Cory nodded before collecting the 5 Artifacts before leaving the room. The other hand, I stood in daze.

It's a bit disappointing that I can't use her to enter the Redwood Country. But at least I have gotten enough information here.

The Purple Chamber of Commerce is a middle level force in the Ancient Redwood City. I don't know about the top forces. Cory has avoided the topic casually.

Atleast, I have found the place. The Ancient Ruin #1001 is my next destination. Suddenly, I'm feeling like I want to leave the lawless country.

Then I removed the unnecessary thoughts. The Commotion back at home might not yet be over. I should spend at least a few months here.

After figuring out the next course of action, I set my gaze on the work.

Rex, the member of Shadow Skull, has devised another plan to complete the mission. The recent news coming from the Purple City has been positive.

No one knows about the attack on Cory Anderson. Which shows that she didn't reveal the news. But he is not that stupid. He thinks that she might have asked for support from the family.

Before her support arrives he plans to infiltrate the Purple Chamber of Commerce to capture her. This time he has asked for many high level wizards for support.

He was sure that there was no single Magic Lord in the Purple City at this moment. These business families have the Supreme Wizard as Peak Combat deterrence.

But he has thought of a way to bribe them. So much so that during his operation, no one will hinder.

A cunning glint flashes in his eyes.

Once his support arrives. The next moment, he will lead them to the Purple City.

Days passed,

The Hawk Family and other business families have become obedient. No one wants to find trouble with foreigners. Because the current business is blooming. Both the Purple Chamber of Commerce and Auction House are making profit right now.

They had no reason to find trouble with him.

Even the troublesome old butler Joe has stopped his bad activities after seeing the profit of Purple Chamber of Commerce.

Basement:

Her happiness was genuine. Day by day her profit was increasing.

Then I looked at her and replied,"Thank you for your offer. I came to the lawless country to spend a few months there. I'll be gone after that."

Hearing that Cory felt disappointment. She is sure that Ethan was not someone from the Super Country. But she thinks she has underestimated him.

"It's normal. With his appraisal skills. Maybe he is working for some other commerce company," She secretly thought to herself.

"Alright, I was just asking. If one day, you decide to leave, let me know in advance," Cory stated.

With that the tense atmosphere disappeared.

Time passed,

Night fall came. The City was quiet but still some places can be seen illuminated with light. The Patrol Guards are doing the rounds.

The Gang Members have retreated to their hideout. The business families are rather unusually quiet. It looks like another peaceful night time.

But there are many shadows waiting outside the Purple City. They are people from Shadow Skull. Rex is leading the operation again.

This time he was sure to succeed. When no one noticed. One after another shadows infiltrate the city. The Guards are clueless as their strength and vision are lower than the Shadow Skull Wizards.

After entering inside the city, Rex swept his eyes across the place before looking towards the tallest building. He knows that magnificent building related to the Purple Chamber of Commerce.

Before coming here the spies sent him a message that Cory Anderson lives in Villa behind the building.

A quick gleam flashes in his eyes.

He then signals everyone to go forward.

Swoosh!

In the dark, these shadows began to move towards the Commerce Building. Rex knows that Cory Anderson spends most time in those 2 places. So he wants to inspect the commerce building first.

Meanwhile,

I'm lying on the floor comfortably. Today's work went smoothly. But I wasn't able to find any suitable items for me. I guess I should ask Cory to gather more goods from the ancient sites.

A few minutes later,

[Ding! Warning]

[Wizards' with hostile intentions nearing the basement.]

Just as I was resting. The mechanical voice sounded in my mind. Hearing that I stood up and looked towards the door.

"Are the Hawk Family making the moves again?" I asked myself.

Outside,

"You guys search this place. I'm going to the Villa," Rex gave orders to others.

The shadows then went to other rooms to check.

Not long after, a fight breaks out. Someone spotted the infittarter and started fighting. The other hand, some skull wizards moved towards the Basement.

"As per information, the appraiser is living here. Our leader wants to catch him alive," One of the Shadow Skull Wizard stated.

Then they cast the magic spell to destroy the specially made door. All the security measures were broken. The door was blasted open.

Swoosh!

The next second, they entered inside.

"What are these items?"

"They are broken Artifacts!"

"Our Shadow Skull's Appraiser would be happy."

The Shadow Skull Wizards exclaimed. They are donned in black mage robes. So their appearance is not visible. But their conversation was not hidden.

Inside the Gregor Mansion, I'm observing everything from the control room.

A hint of anger flashes in my eyes.

I almost forgot about that incident. But I didn't expect the Shadow Skull to appear here. A doubt flashes in my eyes. The business families have the high combat power of a Supreme Wizard.

"Then how come these people have taken action," I asked myself.

Villa:

"Miss, we should escape. The Commerce Building is under attack," Butler Joe said to Cory.

Cory's expression turned serious. She can hear the fighting sounds coming from the commerce building in front of her.

At night time, the spell attacks are visible. Cory was flustered. She doesn't know what to do for a moment.

"Call the Business Families. Ask them to send out their Supreme Wizards?"

"With this we can solve the crisis in no time," Cory stated.

Butler Joe before calling them.

At the same, Rex arrives at the place. Seeing that Cory and others are standing outside of the Villa. He laughed in his heart.

He didn't expect things would go smoothly. There was no resistance at all. Especially the Supreme Wizards of business families remained silent.

No one received Butler's call. As this crisis was not related to them.

"Miss, no one is picking the call. I smell some conspiracy. You should leave this place," The Butler said.

Hearing that Cory's face turned dark. The maid behind her completely lost strength in leg. She sat down on the ground.

"He...He....He...."

"No one can escape today," Rex appears in front of them with a mocking smile on his face.

"Who are you?" Cory asked. She immediately recognised the person. Both of them had a confrontation not long ago. But she has yet to find the organization behind him.

So had already reported to her family and asked for support. But it will take some time for them to arrive.

Rex sneered. It's impossible for him to reveal his identity.

He then sees the Butler and decides to take him down first.
