Chapter 226  Chapter 225-Mother's Family.

The atmosphere in the landing bay only went on to get even warmer as Fulu Ai patted Valencia's head, the woman's eyes lit up at the sight of Valencia, and as the rest of the older experienced people out there, it only took one glance for Fulu Ai to notice that Valencia is, in question, a very outstanding girl.

Whose cold gaze only got colder as she gazed at her grandfather, after which her light grudge-filled eyes focused on Azrail, who had ignored her inner plea call for help. Guo Ai's eyes focused on Valencia as he appeared right beside his wife, his eyes peering down at his granddaughter-in-law, with a twinkling gaze as he spoke.

Azrail felt the little twitch that took place within Valencia's feelings from the mentioning of the new nickname that his grandfather gave Valencia, but she, being who she is, kept all her inner feelings locked up there and displayed the perfect girl she has to be.

"Thank you, grandfather, it is very nice to meet you too. Azrail has spoken a lot of good things about you," Valencia replied, she giving a light bow as she did so, making Guo Ai chuckle a bit, his hand too going forth to place a light pat on Valencia's head as he spoke.

"Well, aren't you a little minx?" His voice was fully playful as he said so, to which Valencia smiled under her veil, and it was within this the focus of Guo Ai landed on Raena who in her disguise stood there near the chariot looking at all this with a very calm gaze.

"It's very nice to meet you, Miss. "That's good then, in that case, you can just call me Uncle Guo or just Guo. After all, we are all family here, right?" "That's good then, in that case, you can just call me Uncle Guo or just Guo. After all, we are all family here, right?" "You can also call me Aunt Fulu or Fulu if you want to, just know that you will always be welcomed into our home," Fulu Ai spoke, taking the lead, making Raena's smile turn a bit more real, her eyes seeing through the warmth, love, and happiness surrounding this entire city and family as she spoke.

"I'd like that, Uncle Guo and Aunt Fulu," her words caused a beaming smile to spread across Guo Ai's face, while Fulu Ai's face turned a bit more gentle, and it was within this atmosphere that Yun spoke.

"Where's Braze?" This sudden question made Guo Ai focus his gaze on Yun as he spoke.

"Well, he's busy dealing with the things of the city. He wanted to meet with you, but suddenly an important situation came up that he had to deal with urgently." Braze Ai is the older brother of Yun, and now currently slowly taking control of the ruling of the Ailin city from Guo Ai, the man in question is 10 years older than Yun, with his own family and life, and also a very dear and gentle uncle to Azrail too.

"Then what about Kia?" This sudden question made both Guo Ai and Fulu Ai smile wryly as Guo Ai spoke.

The case here is the fact that Guo Ai has only one woman in his life and has never gone out of his way to marry another, the love between the two being too much strong for another woman to even get any space to enter, thus with control, the two of them had two planned children, stopping there to not have anymore.

But fate seemed to have planned something else as even within their old age, Kia Ai came into existence, an aunt of Azrail who just happens to be just a few years older than him.

"She doesn't even know you are here yet, after all, if she did, she would have come rushing forth to meet her idol older sister and her loving little nephew and niece," these words made Azrail smile, but deep within his eyes, the mention of Kia Ai bringing forth several other streams of feelings, this situation being picked up by Valencia as she asked.

'Are you okay? Do you have any problems with your aunt? Is she an enemy?' At the end of her question Valencia's words turned very cold, to this Azrail kept his cool, his eyes flashing forth with several emotions as he boiled them all down.

'No, it's fine. As for the things there, I want to deal with it on my own,' Valencia inwardly nodded her head at those words as Yun suddenly spoke.

"Then why don't we first move through the training grounds, take up Kia, and then go to have some food?"

"You couldn't have placed it better," Fulu Ai spoke, as she started to take the lead, taking in Valencia's hands, holding it tight as she started to have some small talk with her, Guo Ai didn't even hesitate as he quickly took up Azrail and placed him on his shoulder as he started to walk forth, his prideful words filling Azrail's ears, while Raena, Yun, and Xuanyin formed another small group and caught up behind them.

And as they walked, they left all of the soldiers and servants who gazed at them fully in shock and daze, their eyes falling slowly to the charms of Azrail and Valencia that leaked out in small gaps, just the natural look is enough for many to take some time to even process the image.
