Chapter 181: Graga
Chapter 181: Graga
While Dawn and the others were waiting for the normal goblins who were receiving the blessings from the battlefield, there was one goblin who was running so fast that he looked like a blur.
This goblin was jumping from one tree to another that he looked like he was just running through them.
With each step that this goblin takes, the trees shook and its leaves were disturbed.
The wind gave way for this goblin every time the goblin moved from one tree to another.
And this goblin was, of course, Moris.
Moris was the goblin who was tasked to destroy the first fortress that was near them, which is located in the east.
It seems that Moris has not arrived at his location yet as he was still running through the forest right now.
Well, that was obvious just from how Moris was still moving.
However, it shouldn't be long now that Moris would be able to arrive at his location.
After all, Moris could feel just from the forest that there were monsters near him now.
He could feel their presence, and he could feel their breath through the wind that he cuts every time he moves.
It was insane if you think about how the monsters were still not near him.
After all, Moris could not see them at all with just his naked eye.
That was why it was just impossible for Moris to be able to feel them to this extent.
However, it was actually not if one is a goblin.
Right now, Moris...was feeling extreme excitement just from the fact that he was ordered by the king.
What's more, the king himself told Moris to destroy the enemies that he would soon meet.
Even though Moris was born to heal, a goblin would do everything he could to do something he was not used to if it were for the king.
What Moris would do in this situation would definitely affect everything.
And those facts stacked together made Moris...be overly excited and tingles his senses so bad that Moris was like in a trance.
Moris' consciousness was weak, but his senses were...so strong that a leaf wouldn't feel like a leaf.
That was what Moris was feeling right now. And it was with this kind of condition that Moris continued to jump from one tree to another tree.
Of course, it wouldn't be long now that Moris would be able to find the fortress that the hyena talked about.
****
"Graga!!" A voice resounded out in this place where there was only...mud.
Right, there was only mud in this place, and there was something swimming in the mud.
It seems that this...monster who was swimming in the mud was really used to it as he didn't even breathe.
He didn't even have any problems in swimming through the mud as he just pushed his way through.
He had his forehead out in the air, but his face was under the mud as well.
It seems that he didn't need to breathe at all as some time has passed now.
It was then that another voice resounded out in this place as this monster opened his mouth once more.
"Graga!!" This monster...said without any problems even though his mouth was under the mud right now.
It was quite amazing if you think about it, but that was just how this monster was.
And this monster was...he was a mud monster, obviously.
This mud monster was named Graga, and he was the one tasked with defending this place.
Right, and this place was the fortress that the hyena mentioned to Dawn and the other goblins.
This fortress was so huge as it was literally just mud, which is the territory of the mud monster.
It seems that the mud monster was alone as there were no other monsters existing in this place.
Well, this place was just so huge that it wouldn't be weird to miss any monsters if one was a normal being.
However, there were some other monsters in this place, which is the underlings of the mud monster, Graga.
Those underlings were stationed in the land itself as they couldn't breathe under mud, and they also couldn't stand mud.
Of course, it's not like the mud monster, Graga, would let those strangers in his holy territory.
What's more, this territory...was Graga's own body. There's no way he would let those monsters in here when it was his own body.
That was why it was only natural that the monsters would be stationed on the land itself.
Anyways, around the huge mud in this place was an organized wall of trees.
Although it seems like the forest has just sprouted those out naturally, it was actually not.
Graga himself placed those trees there to act as a barrier of some sort as a way to protect him and this area.
Of course, Graga didn't know why he was protecting this place at all, but Graga didn't care about that.
Graga just wanted to live peacefully, and alone with his muddy body.
It was quite weird if you think about how the mud is his own body and yet he was swimming in it, but well...the mud is not his body yet, as Graga 'released' them.
Right, it was not his body yet, and it would only become his body once Graga collects the mud once more to form his body.
Anyway, Graga was just swimming around in the mud freely.
It seems that he had no care about what the fuck is going on with the world, and he had a relaxed look on his face as well.
Well, his face could only be seen as relaxed as it was literally...the mud.
However, it seems that Graga couldn't continue doing this as the mud...suddenly started shaking on its own, making Graga be aware.
Of course, the shaking was just weak and it didn't really matter to Graga and that was why Graga was still swimming aimlessly in this mud pool.
However, it was then that Graga could feel a strong shaking happening within the mud...no, coming from the ground!
"GRAGA!" Graga shouted out loud as he felt angered by this disturbance.
After all, it was probably caused by his subordinates playing around with some monsters who were roaming around in this place.
Graga has already encountered a situation like this one, which was why he still wasn't doing anything noteworthy.
However, if these subordinates of Graga do something again that causes disturbance just like this one, Graga would probably go on a killing spree.
He would kill his subordinates right in front of his other subordinates to teach them a lesson of what it would mean to disturb him when he was swimming in the mud!
He would crash every single monster in his way, and if those subordinates of Graga retaliates, he would torture them!
Graga would think of every way possible to make them feel pain greater than death before they would ultimately die!
Right, and all that would be done right in front of other monsters so that they know what would happen if they disturbed him once more!
"I'll kill those monsters Gragagaga!" Graga said as he promised himself that if he felt it once more, he would kill those monsters outside.
It seems that he was really decided in doing so, and he was also set on being cruel with them.
After all, it's not like Graga knew anyone or was relatives with them.
Well, it's not like a monster would care about their family or something like that.
What they would care about was themselves only, and that was what makes them monsters.
No...they would only care about destruction, and that was what makes them monsters.
Right, Graga only wanted to destroy those monsters outside.
It really doesn't matter if there's any disturbance or not. Graga would kill them if he wanted to.
Right...and it was only a matter of time as Graga once more felt the shaking!
However, the shaking this time was so strong that Graga could feel it affect his body as well.
Of course, the body that he felt being affected by this shaking was the muddy body!
And this means that...the monsters were playing a bit rougher than what Graga expected.
And that fact alone was enough to incur Graga's wrath, which is why he controlled his body!
Right, Graga controlled his body as he gathered them together on his main body.
The main body was the one that he was using to swim around, but it was just mud as well.
Anyway, it didn't take long for Graga to form his body, and he looked like a giant!
After all, the mud was just so long and wide, and that just became his body.
And so, it was with that kind of body that Graga turned around to find the source of the noise, the monsters.
"GRAGAGAGAGAGA!!" Graga shouted out loud as he raised his hands in the air in an effort to threaten the monsters.
However, what Graga saw next was...gray. Right, that was all he saw.
That was all he saw before he died.
