Was this because of the new powers he felt this way? Or maybe was it just that when he saw Akira's terrified face, he instantly realized that he wasn't much without his [Invincibility Token] to begin with.

"WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING?" Akira backed away, hitting the barrier he himself created, "You're from the domination class too… so what is that… I… FUCK!" he instantly crossed his katanas and got ready for another assault, "SCREW THIS, I'M INVINCIBLE!"

The demon above Stark was looking at Akira with squinted eyes, its expression saying "weak and pathetic".

Even for a [Domination] user, that aura was terrifying.

"Try me…" Stark slowly said as he got ready in position, and the demon above mimicked the exact movement Stark did: he was copying all his moves since the [EGO] demon was just made out of Stark's aura, much like a clone but scarier.

~DASH, DASH, FWISH~

Akira jumped in the air, his speed much faster than ever before, then he pointed his blades down, ready to create an explosion that would make this entire hallway collapse on itself.

And yet… the moment he was about to reach Stark's head, the boy just looked at him with a neutral expression and shook his head.

"Idiot…" Stark focused his aura into his entire body, and much like the first time he did… Stark's very own body erupted, sending out an explosion of aura around.

~FWISH~

Akira hit the ground right in front of the boy, and yet… no explosion happened?

["Lunar Strike" has been negated by EGO] was what appeared in front of Akira, who was speechless.

"Hit him," he pointed at Akira, and the demon above raised one of its sturdy arms, slamming it onto Akira's body, who was sent flying and hit the wall of the barrier.

"-0!"

"WHY. WON'T. YOU. GIVE. UP. FUCKING DAMN IT!" for a man that was in his mid-twenties and wearing a suit, he sure did scream like a child.

Maybe the frustration really got to him.

"You know…" Stark spoke, finally smiling, "You should have listened to Kokoro when she asked for peace."

"Hah? You think we would just go back to acting like nothing happened?" Akira got up and got ready to attack again, this time aiming for the demon above.

But Stark shook his head, "No, the moment you attacked me instead of working together, both of your deaths were already written."

"THEN STOP TALKING!" and so he dashed for the hundredth time at Stark.

"Phase Shift!" instead of holding his katanas' handles normally and running, he switched to the second mode and instead made his two blades scratch against the ground, creating sparkles as they were extremely sharp.

"MOONLIGHT SLASH… AIR SLASHES!" just like Stark, most of his upgrades skills had at least two if not three perks, so he just used one of them.

He slashed the air in the demon's direction, sending crescent white cuts at it from afar.

~SLASH, SLASH~

The demon was hit in its arm and chest, yet it didn't even look bothered.

"-42261! -39598!"

'Oh?' even Stark was surprised.

So that thing could truly be killed.

It did make sense after all, and it also seemed to not have a good defense, as it suffered greatly from just these basic attacks.

'Need to be careful,' Much like with Akira's [Moon] that was spinning around him, letting his EGO demon die meant that he wouldn't be able to use the power anymore.

[2:28 minutes of 'Invincibility' left], so much happened, yet only half the time had passed.

"HAHA, SO I CAN KILL IT AND YOU, YET YOU CAN'T YOU KILL ME!" Akira regained his confidence, "I'M FUCKING INVINCIBLE RIGHT NOW!"

~FWISH, SLASH~

He jumped diagonally toward the demon, arriving in front of it in less than a second, then slashing in its direction.

But… the moment his blade was going to hit, the demon suddenly disappeared.

"…?" Akira fell to the ground and looked to his left.

The demon was still there, right above Stark.

Akira decided to take his chance and tried again, yet nothing, and even after four more attempts, the demon would just disappear right as he was about to hit it, and Stark would also move.

The reason for that was simple: Stark was using [Invincible Dodge].

When he rolled away, his demon would receive [Invincibility] frames as well, thus making it completely disappear to enemies, and reappear right after in Stark's new position.

Stark crossed his arms together, and the demon did as well, looking down on Akira, who was still slightly cautious of that thing.

"MOONLIGHT SLASH… MOON FATALITY!"

'Is this guy using all the perks of his skill?' he had actually used all three of them.

[Moon Fatality] was basically the 3rd perk he got from upgrading it to level 15, and so it was his final resort.

He began to fly in the air, his two katanas also beginning to float beside him.

A giant moon came out of his body as well, stopping right above him, much like Stark's EGO demon.

He stretched his arms on both sides, both katanas on each end, spinning on themselves.

And after a few seconds…

~FWISH~

He grabbed both of his blades, then actually put them inside of the moon that was above him, inserting the katanas inside of it.

~FWISH, FWISH~

They were absorbing powers, and then he immediately pulled them out.

And for the finisher… he used the very same moon giant moon as a platform to launch himself toward Stark and his clone.

'Alright, it's the final showdown, no need to hold back anymore,' Stark nodded.

"DOUBLE ASSAULT, DODGE CONTROL!" he activated both legendary skills and got ready for what's coming.

~BOOOOOOM~

Like some sort of meteor, Akira dashed with aura surrounding him completely, and landing in the spots where Stark was, creating a massive explosion of moon energy.

Yet… Stark was nowhere to be seen.

"…?" Akira was confused, he was sure that the boy would never be able to avoid this attack.

And yet… Stark was in the opposite direction of where Akira was, almost as if he had teleported.

"AURA SMASH… MERGE!" he didn't waste time and actively began to summon his powers.

"Oh well, seems like you got one more trick up your sleeve, but it doesn't matter," Akira slowly began to approach Stark, "I can use [Moon Fatality] three times after all…" he smiled as widely as possible.

The combination of [EGO] and [Double Assault] made the attack unbearable even for Stark, who was forced to hold his own wrist as to not make it explode in his face.

Surprisingly, even the demon above was mimicking the creation of the attack, actual aura being poured in its own hand as it held its wrist as well.

Basically… this [Aura Smash] would be massively enhanced by EGO, who would be the one sending the attack.

"I don't know why you keep going, but it's fine to me," Akira kept approaching, confident he would finally win.

And yet… after less than five seconds… Stark was already ready, his entire body burning by the intensity of the attack, and even the demon's expression darkened.

And so just like that…

"AURA SMASH… MERGE!" he punched the air in Akira's direction, and the [EGO] demon above sent a crimson fist so large it was five times Akira's size in the man's direction.

This would be the final attack of this battle, the attack that would decide the victor.

No more bullshit or twists from now on.

It's now or never.
