265 – Getting to the Good Stuff (18+ but don’t get too excited)
"Under the moon's soft glow, Ginny stood at the sea's edge, her toes curling in the cool sand. Her heart raced with anticipation as she scanned the horizon, waiting for the one who made her heart swim joyfully. The ocean glittered like a vast, liquid diamond, reflecting the stars that twinkled above.
Suddenly, the water's surface rippled, and Sharkina emerged, her sleek form gracefully cutting through the waves. Her scales shimmered like silver, and her eyes, a deep ocean blue, locked onto Ginny's. As Sharkina approached, her sharp teeth glinted in the moonlight, a striking contrast to the gentleness in her gaze.
"Ginny," Sharkina called, her voice a melodic ripple on the breeze, "every moment away from you feels like an eternity."
Ginny's breath hitched as she ran to meet Sharkina at the water's edge. "Sharkina, you're my world," she replied, her voice trembling with emotion. "Your love is as fierce and deep as the sea, and I'm lost without you."
Blahaj's voice sang out over the dark waters they were drifting on. It came from all around. They'd try to hunt her down with some crackling web lines, but all they found was more water. This arena was made to be a dark ocean, and they were lost in it.
Not that Brandy was helping them find their way. No, Brandy was lying face down on the raft, her arms curled over her head. Maybe she'd slide off and drown if she'd finally inherited Morgan's Super Luck ability.
Calcine sat with her, gently stroking her back as Morgan and Sparky worked together to give their raft a fully functioning sail. Much arguing was had about what to use as a brace for the silk-spun sail. Morgan wanted to free up one slat of the raft and cut it down, while Sparky insisted they could tie it to Calcine and use her as a living mast. They were having fun; it was an interesting challenge, and they both had good ideas.
If Brandy had been of sound mind, she'd have pitched in a compromise, and they'd have gotten going. But she wasn't of sound mind. She was in a waking nightmare, and no amount of gentle back rubs from Calcine was going to make up for it.
"Hey," Sparky said, "Hang on, I thought Sharkina couldn't go on land without the sea pearl, and they lost it."
"You've been following this abomination?" Morgan huffed. "It lost me when they almost fucked and the pearl was stolen. I hate stories where they're always almost fucking and never do."
"It's building anticipation," Calcine said, her fingers tracing warm lines across Brandy's bare back. "It'll make the moment worth the build-up."
"I just skip to the sex," Morgan shrugged. "Who reads this stuff for the story?"
"Heathen," Sparky said, swiping for Morgan's hat. She had four arms to do it with now, Morgan chirping angrily as she flitted off the raft and out of range of her grabs. "Get back here and follow the plot lines!"
"Never! Until the dick goes in, I'm out!"
Somehow, their enthusiasm for the story was even more mortifying than it being read out. Maple had warned her this would be difficult; she couldn't even begin to imagine what Blahaj had done to Maple to rattle her.
"Your touch is like a gentle current," Ginny whispered, her fingers tracing the lines of Sharkina's face. "And your smile lights up my darkest nights."
Sharkina's smile widened, revealing her sharp white teeth. So deadly, yet so alluring. "And your love, Ginny, it's the lifeline that keeps me afloat. You see beyond the predator in me to the heart that beats just for you."
"This is actually kind of sweet," Calcine said, lightly moving her fingers up to stroke through Brandy's spiky hair despite her groaning objections. "I've certainly felt what inspired it."
"Mortifying." Brandy mumbled, "So many water metaphors."
"It's like the writer smashed every romance fic into a single story." Sparky laughed, "With a bunch of teeth love. It's so stupid it rules."
"It is," Morgan said as she landed on the raft. Brandy could see her feet tap thoughtfully. “We've got this challenge wrong. We leaped right to going somewhere, but conceptually, we're lost in the ocean, surrounded by darkness. All we can hear is this strange story. There has to be a reason why."
Brandy could tell Morgan had worked out why it was being read out. It was obvious this was Brandy's fanfiction just because of the focus on the teeth and the sappy emotional stuff. Morgan focused hard when challenged, so her not immediately saying what was going on had a reason. Was she not saying it to spare Brandy the embarrassment or because she felt not saying it out loud was the best way to pass the challenge?
What even was the challenge here? This didn't have anything to do with baring hearts. This was just some incredibly embarrassing thing Brandy had written when she was young.
Ginny leaned in, her lips brushing Sharkina's in a kiss that sent shivers down her spine. The sensation of Sharkina's sharp teeth grazing her lips was both thrilling and tender, a perfect blend of danger and desire. It was a kiss that spoke of deep connection, a love that defied boundaries.
Pulling back, Sharkina cupped Ginny's face in her hands, her thumbs gently stroking her cheeks. "You are my anchor, Ginny. My safe harbor in the storm."
"And you, Sharkina," Ginny said, her voice a soft murmur, "are my adventure, my deep dive into the unknown. With you, I feel alive."
"I love puns," Sparky sucked her teeth. "But even for me, that's a bit much."
"I knew it; you love to dish out the punishment." Calcine said, "But you can't take it."
"Brandy," Sparky whispered, her voice trembling with awe. "Calcine made a pun."
"Day of firsts for everyone." Brandy groaned. Still, it was appreciated. Calcine was willing to be ridiculous just to bring Brandy some comfort. That was sweet.
They embraced, their bodies fitting together as perfectly as puzzle pieces. The night air was filled with the ocean's song, a symphony played just for them. The world around them faded as they stood there, wrapped in each other's arms, leaving only the magic of their love.
"Fuck already!" Morgan yelled. "Come on!"
She had dragged this scene on. Honestly, she'd been too embarrassed to write any real smut when she barely had a clue how it all worked. I mean, sure, everyone knew how it worked. You had to be deaf and blind not to pick that up, but still, Pokémon bonds and sex were so much more than just sticking things into holes. Everyone knew it was emotionally charged, and Brandy had wanted to bring that across when she'd written this hot fucking mess.
Oh no. That was it, wasn't it? Blahaj was baring Brandy's heart for her. Her old writing was written from the heart when she'd been young and stupid. Stupider. More dumb.
She'd done some things that, on reflection, made her squirm, and this? This was one of them.
Brandy lifted her head, ready to admit she'd written this, to see everyone watching her with smiles. Even Sparky had a pinball grin, all four hands entwined behind her back to push out her newly boosted chest. Looked damn good on her. Brandy appreciated something nice to focus on so she didn't have to stare them in the eyes for this.
"You all know what's happening here, don't you?" Brandy sighed.
"Obviously," Morgan smiled. "But I do want to hear the fucking part, so I don't mind dragging it out."
"I genuinely do like this," Sparky said, "It's dopey, but it's adorable too."
Brandy twisted to look up at Calcine, who was smiling contently. She lifted a palm and gave Brandy's ass a nice, ringing slap. "You got three fans here, don't be so bashful. It doesn't suit you."
"I was young," Brandy huffed, "And I didn't know what love would be like. It wasn't like this! It isn't all cute, mushy stuff."
"It is sometimes," Morgan said.
"It is sometimes," Brandy agreed. "But it's hard too! I worry about messing up. Or not giving you all enough time. Or somehow saying the wrong thing and ruining everything and-"
"Shush," Sparky clicked her tongue, leaning over to give Brandy an incredible view of some cleavage as she got her blue eyes closer to the ground. "Why are you embarrassed?"
"It's so ineptly written!"
"You were young and inexperienced." Calcine shook her head. "Morgan, you're the one who loves games. Would you mock someone for trying and failing?"
"Not unless they were into it like Ceridwen," Morgan smiled, placing a hand cheekily over her lips. "I want a woman who is willing to try and fail. I've got one."
"The dialogue is terrible," Brandy shrunk in on herself. "It's so goofy."
"I'm goofy," Sparky said, "And you love me, don't you?"
"Of course!"
"Then we can love your goofy writing. That's the deal." Sparky put her hands on her hips. "And you've been holding back on puns. These are fire."
Brandy wasn't having this. This was all deeply cringe-worthy, and they had to know the real reason why. They just had to!
"Cherry and I, we used to write this stuff together."
"Wait, is this a roleplay?" Morgan said but was silenced by a thwap on the wing from one of Sparky's webs.
"It was kind of, yeah. We both just wanted to imagine what it'd be like. To have a Pokémon, to have someone who loved you so much you could have a kid one day. It all felt like it had to be all-consuming. Like so life-altering big and strong it could handle anything, like my moms."
"Aw, your moms are your role models." Sparky couldn't help but do some fast-paced, excited clapping. "You're so cute."
"No, no. Don't say that. I never got it." Brandy groaned. "I never understood what we were doing. I thought it was cute!"
"Oh," Calcine rubbed Brandy's back. "Oh, Brandy."
"Can we ever be more than lovers?" Sharkina said, her voice barely more than a whisper as she laid Ginny on the sand. "I want everything you have."
"There's nothing left to take," Ginny lifted her hand, touching Sharkina's boob. "You have all you could want of me."
"Of course," Sharkina smiled, leaning her head to nibble at Ginny's bra. "But I'll see if I can find more."
Brandy wanted to drop her head down to the raft logs and hide her face, but everyone was on her in a flash. She was cradled in arms, feathers, and warm, malleable stone. Her heart was wobbling in her throat, but she forced a smile.
"Morgan wasn't the only one waiting for a sex scene," Brandy sighed. “But I was so dense. Cherry dropped so many hints that she wanted more than our cute thing. But I didn't... I let her slip away, and she smiled because she didn't want to upset me."
"Brandy," Sparky said, one hand cradling her face. "You would have sucked at it."
Brandy's brain froze up. What the heck did she mean by that?
"I was your first." Sparky said, "And I sucked too. We were both terrible at sex. We couldn't even beat Calcine."
"I admired your spirit," Calcine smirked. "You're a lot better now."
Brandy couldn't believe where this had gone. She looked to Morgan for guidance; maybe she had a clue.
"I think what the bug is trying to say," Morgan said, brushing her wing along Brandy's flank. "Is that you still had a great friendship together, and some cute romance as the cherry on top. You left with a longing instead of a disappointment."
"But that sucks."
"It does!" Morgan nodded, her hat bobbing on her head. "As I said, I hate when people almost have sex in these stories and never actually do. But this story isn't finished. Is it?"
It took an embarrassingly long time for Brandy's thoughts to sink in. Blahaj's alluring voice gave her sex scene some real spirit. It made the writing far better than it was, even if it had been a rushed, messy ending, as they'd both gotten too embarrassed to write more.
"I can ... find Cherry?"
"I'm sure you can impress the hell out of her." Sparky nodded. "Now that you're all good at this stuff. Blow her mind. Make up for lost time."
See Cherry again? Her old childhood sweetheart? It seemed, honestly, an insane idea. They'd parted with tears, sad they wouldn't see each other again. It'd seemed so final. Would they even be interested? Brandy had changed a lot; Cherry probably had too, and she already had so much to do. They couldn't really throw it away to hunt down an old flame.
"I could. I'd like to. Maybe I can apologize a bit for being so dense. Share some stories. If we can find her."
"Mmm." Morgan nodded. "Maybe I have a clueeee."
She trailed the word out, her tail swishing behind her as she danced from foot to foot, excited at some secret knowledge she had.
"Don't make me bite it out of you."
"Perish the thought." Morgan grinned. "Brandy, I know you didn't share this story with your parents, and you two wouldn't have posted it under your names anywhere. It's so personal you wouldn't have even shown it to your friends. So, ruling out all those possibilities. There's only way Blahaj could ever get a hold of it."
"Blahaj is Cherry?" Sparky gasped. "Twist!"
Morgan's turn to smack Sparky with a wing. Sparky cackled as she grabbed ahold of the wing with all four arms and hugged it.
"Don't be silly," Morgan said with a big eye roll at Sparky's antics. "Blahaj has been talking to Cherry. She knew Brandy was coming; she must have sought out all the gossip she could find that'd tug her heartstrings."
"Blahaj must know where she is," Brandy squeaked. "And Cherry told her because she thinks the story isn't over too. We have to find Blahaj and kick her ass right now!"
Ginny ran her tongue over the throbbing shark-cock, which spurted out its milky love all over her-
"RIGHT NOW!" Brandy squeaked. She'd worked out some of her embarrassment, but that didn't make her shameless; she couldn't bear any more of this!
