Chapter 4083: Knavan



Madam Elia

The beautiful woman standing is beside the huge round gate, and with her are primes of Alkan-Svar.

Though, unlike her, they are Primes, while she is Silver Prime.

She seemed to notice me looking. Her eyes stayed on me for a fraction of a seconds, before she looked away.

I also looked away. It isn't wise to stare at the Silver Prime as such. It might attract unnecessary attention, which I do not need.

A few minutes passed, and over ten thousand Sky Sovereigns gathered and all of them had the power of peak Sky Sovereign.

"The gate will open in seven minutes and thirteen seconds," announced the grey dwarf man standing beside Madam Elia.

Nobody said anything. They only watched the gate, but they were not as relaxed as they seemed.

Be it Prime or Sky Sovereigns looked ready to deal with anything that might come their way. Fortunately, nothing bad had happened as the seven minutes passed.

Buzz!

The huge round stone gate buzzed and activated. Madam Elia appeared in front of it, before looking at us Sky Sovereigns.

"The realm of Knavan is perilous, but it is also full of opportunities. I wish you all a great fortune and the best of luck," she said with a smile, before stepping away from the gate.

"Group one, enter," said the dwarf Prime, and the people in the first line moved toward the gate.

They appeared by it, before started entering inside. It is fast. Every second, ten of them begin to enter, and a whole green bar at the gate begins to move down, getting replaced by the red. The knavan realm is at the edge of the world. Which makes it very dangerous.

It's why, there is always a limited number of people that enter. The connection needs to be stable, not only to enter, but also to leave it.

"Group two," said the Prime as the first group entered.

The second group moved and began to enter the realm, and then it was the third group. A fourth group, a fifth group, and then a sixth group.

"Group Seven," he called, and we moved forward and appeared in front of the gate a moment later, before started entering inside the gate.

Soon, it was my turn, and I appeared in front of the gate.

'Best of luck, young man,' rang out in my mind as I stepped into the stone gate.

'Thank you,' I sent.

I shouldn't have sent the reply. Since every prime would sense it and they did.

The last thing I saw before I stepped inside was surprise in her eyes and the eyes of all the primes getting focused on me.

I entered the tunnel and froze.

The spatial tunnel is long and delicate. It is why my suit activated on its own and covered with the energy that lessened my meta-physical weight.

It will make the journey a little safer.

A minute passed, and I was still in the tunnel. If I didn't know about the length and time, it took. I would have been panicking right now.

Still, there is panic, but I am biting it down.

It took twenty-one seconds more before I finally saw the light and shot out of the tunnel.

BANG!

As I came out, the first thing I saw was the bright light, before I crashed hard against something really hard.

I opened my eyes and saw what I had crashed against.

"A boulder," I thought as I looked at it.

There are only faint cracks on it, despite me hitting hard. If it had been outside, such a crash would have turned it into dust.

I looked at it, before getting up. Feeling the massive gravity of it.

It is not just the gravity that is making me feel heavy, but also the energy here. It is so thick that it feels like honey, despite being invisible.

There is also suppression. That is powerful enough to kill a normal Sky Sovereign.

Everything in here is dangerous.

Especially the monsters, which, unlike us, are used to it. They thrive in it, making every Sky Sovereign monster here a difficult enemy.

I sighed and looked around.

I am in the ruin; a ruin of the city which had long ago been destroyed, that nothing much remained of it.

Nature had long reclaimed it, I don't think, I will find anything in the building.

I am not interested in the buildings. I am looking at the resources everywhere. I have never

seen so many resources, so concentrated other than herb gardens.

Since there are so many resources; there are also just as many monsters.

Dense forests like these are considered the dangerous area of the ruin and I had fallen in the center of it.

To make matters worse. Some monsters seemed to have sensed my entry and were coming toward me.

Seeing that, I removed the cloak and the mask, before increasing the power of the stealth to the full, while slowly moving away from the spot I was in.

It didn't take long for the monsters to arrive, and the first one was a hog.

It is not big; nearly twice as big as me, but it is a peak Sky Sovereign. Behind it, is a group with nine more hogs, and all of them Sky Sovereigns.

They sniffed the earth and soon reach the spot, I had crashed and sniffing extra hard, while I watched in bated breaths.

I am scared.

These hogs are powerful, and there are three more groups of monsters.

They are watching from a distance.

Hun!

A few seconds passed when a mid-Sky Sovereign hog walked toward me, till there were only a few inches of distance between us.

I prepared myself to fight. If it sensed me; I am going to attack it, before running away.

Seconds passed, and its sharp blue tusk had reached less than an inch away from my leg, whenn/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

the hot turned and moved away.

The hogs looked for several seconds before finally moving away.

Leaving me with a heart full of relief.
