Chapter 250: You Are A Real Monster!
Chapter 250: You Are A Real Monster!
"To level up your classes," Bloom calmly answered.
"But we are all dark players now," a player said while they were walking towards the leveling map here.
"Even dark players can have such a chance, don't worry," Bloom said while he knew they could hit the test to level up their classes when they reach level twenty.
However the success rate would be low, so he decided to wait and level them above level twenty-five. This way they would have a better chance.
"This" Antoan's face changed when they walked for few minutes, "how come the leveling grounds here are so near to the town walls?"
In front of them the line of trees, the safe zone for any player was just in sight. Back in the village they needed to walk for at least half an hour or even longer to reach it.
"That's what makes leveling up in towns harder," Bloom laughed shortly before adding, "also the monsters here would be fiercer, so prepare yourselves."
"Will they be in large numbers?" a player asked while he tried to picture how hard this would be.
"Not only that," Bloom said, "there is a fixed chance in bringing in a monster tide that's so fierce to be faced with our little team here."
"This" another player muttered in disbelief.
"Then we shouldn't level up here then," Antoan sighed.
"Anywhere inside the villages is dangerous," Bloom firmly said, "besides the monster tide if got near the walls of the town would trigger the mayor and the guards inside to act."
"You don't mean"
"Indeed my dear butler, we are going to retreat once there is a monster tide and draw back to the town."
"It's risky," Antoan sighed.
"But the gains are really rich," Bloom laughed, "after all the larger the number of monsters we fight the better our chances would be to level up faster but when drawing the guards and the mayor be sure to go away to fight, or else you'll cause more trouble for yourselves."
"Why is that?"
"They can detect your dark aura and might act against you," Bloom warned, "so be sure to fight in a far place that's not seen by them."
"This" Antoan paused as there were more conditions to level up here than back in the villages.
"That's why a town isn't a place suited yet to most players," Bloom patted on his shoulders, "but this is just perfect for us now."
"Sigh," Antoan sighed, "I hope you know what you are doing."
"Don't worry, just follow my lead and do as I say."
They reached the tree line and beyond that they spotted many groups of the angel monsters there. Right now many players had the experience in dealing with all the monsters which spawned after the birth of the dark era.
And Bloom's team wasn't less than any in such a way.
However
"Their numbers are too much," one player commented, "they are walking in close proximity to each other. Attacking one group means attacking several at the same time."
Bloom knew his men weren't exaggerating, but he didn't care about these numbers. "Just summon your pets and everything will be alright," he said before taking out his bow and added, "also try to turn as many as you could from these monsters into pets. Their levels are much higher than your pets and can be a good replacement."
The team nodded before Bloom led them to face those angels. "At least they don't have those ground monsters," he muttered as these monsters were very hard to deal with.
Despite that he had already a good sum of them as pets and he primarily summoned them and those high leveled flying pets as well.
And the fight started hard from the beginning, but he and his team had the upper hand.
"Spread the pets to the sides, let them face those new monsters," he shouted as they started fighting with one group, many around started to be attracted here.
Per her command the pets started to spread like two big wings, shielding the main team from any incoming monsters.
But this affected the front battles where many started to get hit and lose some Hp while the death toll started to increase.
"Sword tornado!"
He didn't delay to use his super skill to hit the main bulk of the enemies up front. He wore his old gloves once more and that made each hit throw any enemy high off the ground.
Like this he helped in reducing the pressure over his team, while they started to gain ground and gradually dispose of many enemies, either by turning them into pets or killing the rest.
"Move to the right," after ten minutes of constant fighting, the main group of monsters were eliminated and now only two bigger groups remained on both sides.
He selected the side with the unstable status amongst the two. In minutes their shift towards this side helped in stabilizing it greatly while the pets controlled the offensive charge of the monsters, giving players time to attack them and reduce their numbers.
Bloom didn't delay to use his bow every now and then. For him dark points were like running water coming out from the ground. No matter how many he consumed here, much more would be generated from the quests automatically issued under his name.
"Go to the left," he shouted while all players here gained one to two levels so far from the two waves they killed. As for him, he didn't gain much experience to level up, yet he was so close from doing so.
Just before the third wave was eliminated, he gained another level and with it he was now at level twenty-nine once more.
"You are a real monster," Antoan couldn't help but sigh.
"Hahaha, in fact you are the real monsters," Bloom laughed before adding, "after all you started the game too late and now you are already on par with the mainstream of the elite players."
"Yet still too far from you."
