Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 72: Forest Maid Sylvia

Almond answered as he made a decision, "Nah. I indeed have more summons, but Infernal Knight is strongest in terms of stats due to that quirk. I've also exhausted myself, so I guess this is it."

"Do you want to register your combat power as B-5 or lower?"

Almond replied with a question, "Do you know the combat power of Silver rank Super Rookies?"

"Well, the strongest of them have revealed the combat power of B-4."n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om

"Revealed?" Almond raised his eyebrows.

"Revealed, indeed."

'Interesting choice of word.'

"Then I would like to set my combat power at B-1 for now," Almond smiled.

"Alright. Your position is a bit special, so according to Admiral Rudra, you are allowed to come and go as you please and get priority in Dungeons suitable to your combat power rank. You can bring people inside with you, but only those belonging to GAA. You're free to choose and recruit new people for GAA as well."

"Wow," Almond was surprised. 'Old man is going all out. And he listened to my last suggestion, eh?'

Since he could see people's character attributes, he was the best when it came to judging someone with coldly precise detail due to his Riftveil Eyes.

"You don't know what you have to do with this new position?" Marshal Lopol asked in surprise upon seeing Almond surprised.

"Nah. Admiral Rudra made it for me but didn't explain much," Almond wryly smiled. "I think because he wants me to freely progress in my own way."

"I see. There's also not much information about you and your position due to Admiral Rudra. Well, putting that aside, do you want anything or want to know about anything?"

"Hmmm, I would like useless Rare-grade items if this branch has any. I am willing to buy them cheaply."

"Oh? Why do you need them?"

"Just some skill-related condition of my primary class. I need a hundred of them."

"Hmm, we don't have that many 'useless' Rare-grade items in stock, but we do have some that are quite bad despite being Rare-grade. You're going to the training zone, right? Wait for ten minutes, I'll send someone there with the items."

"Alright," Almond nodded with a smile. "Thank you for the trouble."

Almond left while thinking about Lily.

'I am coming soon, Lily.'

He was eager and wanted to meet up as soon as possible now that he was here.

It had been a while since he was in her loveful presence and tasted her kiss.

Almond went to the training zone and encountered an interesting situation.

"What's up, Julian? Is that all you got? Did you even make any progress in this month's Labyrinth dive, or did you just return after strolling for three days?"

"I bet he was getting enlightenment under a waterfall somewhere on the sixth floor."

"Hahaha, sounds about right."

Julian was in a sparring ring with someone of his age, and it seemed that he was losing.

Roken had a puffed expression as he angrily said, "Doman, you would lose if it's just sparring using Mana techniques."

"Huh? Are you going to say the same thing when a monster is about to kill you?"

"Lmao, Doman. Monsters can't use Mana techniques."

"Ah, right, maybe he will tell the monsters to fight without using skills then," Doman grinned.

"You…"

"Stop it, Roken," Julian said as he got up, his whole body aching as he held his sword properly again and looked intently at Doman, the muscled guy wearing boxing gloves. "Let's continue."

Doman grinned as his fleeting footsteps caused confusion to Julian again, dodging Julian's attack while throwing a jab at him using his class skill, shattering Julian's Body Enfold and Fortification as he puked blood.

Almond blinked, 'That Doman has some good class skills. He got better stats as well.'

Julian, Doman, Roken, and other people in this group were all Gold-rank Adventurers, mostly below Gold level 50 and some under 70.

"I guess this is it. Hey, someone heal him," Doman said before leaving the ring.

"I'll heal him," Almond chimed in as he waved his hand, summoning the Forest Maid Sylvia, who used a skill to heal him.

"Woah, who is that?"

"No way, a summon?!"

"Is it a new member?"

The appearance of Forest Maid Sylvia attracted everyone's attention.

"She is such a cutie beauty," a girl said as she and other girls approached her, looking at her and Almond curiously.

Forest Maid Sylvia embodied the spirit of the forest with her flowing gown of leaves, vines, and flowers, shifting in hues of green and earthy brown. Her hair, woven with twigs and glowing fireflies, cascades down her back while intricate root-like markings spread across her sun-kissed skin. She wielded a staff of ancient wood adorned with vines and a glowing crystal, symbolizing her connection to nature's magic. Her emerald eyes shone with calm wisdom while her presence radiated life.

With a gentle wave of her staff, she used a skill and materialized dreamy green wisps infused into Julian and completely healed him.

After she was done, Almond put her back in the spirit pocket.

"Are you a new member? Hi, I am Lora. Nice to meet you."

"Are you new here? What's your name?"

"Almond," Almond politely said. "And yes, I moved to this city and joined GAA."

"I am Marina," another one said with a grin. "I have a question, handsome. Are you single?"

Before Almond could answer, Roken jumped in with a snort, "He is not single! Go away, ladies. He already has a girlfriend, someone of his age at that."

"Hey, what do you mean by that, fatty? Are you saying we are old ladies?"

"We are just a couple of years old, it's nothing, asshole."

"Humph, ignore that bum, girls. It's no wonder Sally dumped him."

"Anyway, Almond. If you want any help, you can reach out to us. Seniors here will help you."

"Since you're new in the city, we'll be happy to show you and your girlfriend the charm of this city."

Roken snickered, "It's fine. Julian and I can show them around. You all are too noisy, anyway."

"Don't listen to get dumbo, Almond. He knows nothing," Marina rolled her eyes. "Anyway, we won't disturb you anymore. Have fun."
