Chapter 127
127 Chapter 127 – Rejected entry
Feng left Elle’s room in a dazed state. She knew that the little girl can see into the future, but being in love at such a young age is not good.
‘but can I even stop it? She is so confident that he is meant to be her other half. I can’t fight her regarding this. But should I tell lady Hiliana? Is it okay to even tell her about this’
For the first time in her new life, she was stumped as to what to do.
Lady Hiliana was a kind person but she was quite strict when she raised her kids. Early love like this would be stumped by her instantly.
‘Elle would hate me if I do that...’ she walked through the hallways thing of them when all of a sudden she ran into a tall person.
“oh sorry I was not paying attention,” she mumbled and walked past that man.
Lineti soldiers were always roaming the mansion hallways to inspect every little detail.
So she didn’t think much of it.
Feng Mei walked past him but all of a sudden that person grabbed her by the wrist and dragged her back.
.....
“what....” She looked up in shock.
A tall blond-haired man glared down at her. His beautiful long blond hair came down to his waist and he was wearing golden garbs. Which was not a common attire for soldiers.
‘Who is this man?’ she vigilantly looked up at him.
“are you that one who blamed my dear Clarina?”
As soon as he said this, Feng became aware of who this person was. It was prince Killian. She took a closer look at him. He looked about eighteen or twenty years old.
‘The game nerve mentioned his age but he looks quite old.’ She flung his hand off and glared up at him. ‘This handsome devil is my enemy I shouldn’t show any sign of weakness.’
“What if I am the person whom you accuse of? What will you do, your highness? Kill me? For a maid? Oh, the world will condemn you. Who knows you might even lose your position to the elder prince again? That would be very, very sad...”
She had absolute confidence now only because prince Killian was still a prince. Even in the game, when Clarina was twenty years old, he was still the crown prince. The present emperor is at the peak of his health. he probably won’t die off any time soon.
As for this powerless crown prince she didn’t worry about offending him.
“you!”
“yes me. So what?”
“you a nothing but a fucking street rat!” he said with a disgusted look on his face.
“oh your dear Clarina was also a street rat. Are you also making fun of her humble origins? Oh, prince, you are so mean~” she pitifully pouted.
The man looked stumped, to be honest. “I... I will deal with you another day!” growling he walked away flicking his golden cape.
He was probably heading off to her uncle’s study. Of course, she didn’t want to miss out on the action. She secretly ran behind him.
“what do you think you are doing?”
“I’m just walking around in my home. What are you doing here? I remember we weren’t supposed to have any guests tonight. Its such a wonder really people don’t know what time it is and intrude other people’s homes,”
Prince Killian closed his eyes tightly and took a deep breath. “One day, I will have your head for what you just said.”
“What do you just say!” an imposing growl was heard ahead of them in the hallway.
Feng looked past the prince at her uncle. He had a rare look of rage on his face.
‘ohh it is going to be spicy..’ Feng ran past the annoying prince and hugged her uncle’s legs. “he said he will kill me..... what must I do.. I only spoke the facts which aggregated him. I never knew our crown prince had such a delicate control over his temper.”
Smiling duke Parlov gently touched the top of her head. “go back o your room. Its late to be roaming around alone.”
“but....” She really wanted to see the action.
Duke Parlov did not give her any levy. He instructed the butler to take her to her assigned room.
Pouting Feng glanced at him and walked away.
After she left the whole hallway was filled with terrifying killing intent.
Prince Killian froze, unable to move from such pressure. His eyes trembled, looking at the cold figure.
“you come to my home uninvited and threaten members of my own house. It’s quite audacious of you Killian. Might I remind you I’m your uncle and the duke I stand above you in rank? to even enter my house you need to get approval two days prior.”
Killian gritted his teeth. “you called me here?”
“I don’t remember doing that. I only asked for compensation. That didn’t require a visit from you.” He turned back. “this home houses prestigious young ladies. It’s not proper for a man of age to come so late. Go home and come back tomorrow we will have our talks,”
Killian who has been brushed away, stood gritting his teeth loudly. He couldn’t talk back to him either. As his uncle said, he was higher in rank. As long as duke Lineti held his position only the emperor himself can order him around.
‘all of you, just watch. I will make you all burn in hell,” with his fists clenched, he left the household in a hurry.
Feng saw this from her balcony with a grin. All along she had been trying to avoid conflict and trying her best to survive. But all that changed the day Clarina targeted lady Perlin. Anyone who tried to hurt her family is her enemy.
“go on, run, my dear. This day I declare war against you. Anyone who supports Clarina will be my enemy. and If I’m to be a villain in this game then so be it. I will do as I please.”

The next morning the Prince sent out his guard to ask for permission to enter the mansion.
Duke Parlov coldly tore it up and tossed it in the flames/.
“Sir! You can’t do his! Our prince will be angered!”
Duke looked at the guard with a cold glare. “What did I just do? I didn’t do anything. It’s you who misplaced the letter without a letter of permission I won’t let him in. go and ask your prince to write another one. This time bring it to me successfully, okay?”
Feng let out a small chuckle, choking on her glass of milk. She had known her uncle was a vengeful man, but this was the first time she had seen him actually exact revenge on someone. He did so with class.
The prince’s guard left in a hurry, sweating all over.
“well, done dad. I never knew you can actually talk in such a rude manner at all,” Aiden gave him a bright smile.
“don’t talk while eating. Feng, drink some water,” he handed a kerchief to her and patted Aiden’s back.
Elle who was beside Feng giggled. “oh uncle is up to something. He is going to aggravate the prince so much until he is going to go and whisper to his royal mother.”
“I thought the prince lost his mother?”
“he was raised by a stepmother. I guess that explains why he is such a douche,”
“girls! Language,” lady Hiliana glared at them slightly.
Feng and Elle secretly glanced at each other with a smile. “sorry....”
The breakfast went without a hitch. After a while by ten, Feng and Elle went to hang out in the gardens. The frost roses were still in bloom but they were starting to wilt.
Se sadly touched one of the petals of the flowers.
“They will bloom again. Don’t be sad for them,” lady Hiliana assured her.
“I know.. but I can’t help but be sad about it.”
“that is stupid. Why should anyone be sad for a plant,” Claudius came sauntering in with a big grin. “it’s just a plant. they die and live. It’s their nature. Crying for them is a waste of time,”
“Are you trying to reassure me? If so, you are doing a shitty job at it. And I’m not crying you bozo.” She walked past him and sat on the beautiful picnic chair with Elle.
the maids had already prepared a huge variety of snacks for her. Since they knew she preferred sweets so they made sure to make a lot of sweet treats for her.
Feng licked her lips subtly. ‘yum yum... come into my tummy, my darlings.’
Looking at her greedy expression lady Hiliana gently flicked her forehead. “You can’t have it all,”
“but mom....”
“Your teeth will rot. It’s not good to have so many. Here,” she pushed one bowl of milk pudding. “only this.”
“Who is the rest for? It will go to waste. I don’t want to waste food mum,” she blinked at her innocently.
“Claudius here will eat it, won’t you, child?”
Claudius who was eying the set subtly blushed. “Who said I liked sweets?”
Feng showed a small cake on his face. “eat, why do you have to deny yourself the funs of life,”
