Chapter 406 Information
Arthur and Isabel walked straight out of the Customs and Immigration Office after settling the matter, much to the surprise of the people as they walked out too soon.
They were more confused as no one followed them as they exited.
"Let's go!" Isabel did not linger, immediately signaling to her subordinates to follow her as she walked away. She even closed the door to the office.
The employees who were outside and not part of Benjamin's subordinates were confused.
They were confused because they suddenly felt that the office had become empty.
Actually, there was no problem if people found the office to be empty, after all, all of Benjamin's subordinates were there illegally. At most, people would question the other employees as to why they were off at the same time on the same day.
On the other hand, people thought that Isabel had an amazing card or trick, instantly rendering those who wanted to bring her down powerless.
Before long, Isabel and the others arrived outside the terminal where there was already a line of cars waiting for them.
This time, the car provided for Isabel was a very luxurious Mercedez, white in color with special plates.
The material gave a very strong impression, as if it could withstand a bazooka attack.
However, this time Arthur did not plan to follow Isabel.
He wanted to continue business with the Armstrong Family, so he left as Isabel was swarmed by reporters.

Arthur hadn't gone far when he met Santiago, the old Official Magus.
Surprisingly enough, today the old man was wearing a suit and tie, looking like a businessman.
He carried an ordinary wooden staff but it was obviously an expensive item.
Coupled with the sunglasses he wore, he was still attractive to those young ladies who favored wealth over good looks.
Arthur stared at him in surprise for a while.
"Boss, where are we going?" asked the old man, calling Arthur boss in a fairly polite tone.
At least now, he was clearly still traumatized by the conflict with Arthur.
"We're going to the Armstrong Family residence, follow me," Arthur replied before taking a step into the sky, appearing deep in the air, but his figure could not be seen clearly.
Santiago looked very surprised at his words. He hurriedly followed him flying towards the west.
"Boss, do you want to attack them?" asked Santiago with a slightly worried expression.
"Why?" asked Arthur, staring at his face because he felt like this old man knew the family well, or he might have some experience with them.
"Boss, they have nukes that can be used at any time," Santiago replied.
When talking about nukes, his voice became very quiet, showing obvious concern.
After a brief pause, he continued, "I actually intercepted the leader of that family once when they came to my area. At that time, the nukes were immediately ready to be launched. I had no other choice but to retreat."
"Ohhh, so you've actually dealt with them?" Arthur showed a more interested expression.
"Did you find anything other than nukes?" he asked.
"What do you mean, boss?" Santiago was apparently confused after hearing Arthur's question.
"It looks like you found nothing," Arthur said in response without giving more explanation.
"Their nukes are very worrying." Santiago spoke again, as if he was trying to remember that day.
Perhaps he was also trying to warn Arthur not to be hasty.
"I just want to keep an eye out first," Arthur replied.
"I think it's still possible to keep them out of nuclear control as long as I attack in a very planned manner. It's just that I'm worried that something will thwart me."
Arthur didn't mind talking more with Santiago even though the old man came across in a bad way.
He spoke to him because he wanted to hear his comments connected to his experience, after all, he was very old.
Of course, Santiago was confused again when he heard something said by Arthur.
The latter shook his head as he saw his expression. He then asked, "Old man, how much do you know about the hidden things of the earth?"
"I think I know everything," the old man replied quickly, even looking proud.
"I know about the mysterious creature hiding on earth, about the Independent Dimensions, about Gog and Magog, about the Werewolves, about the Vampires, about the Moon Goddess, about the defeat of Japan, after all, I lived a very long time, so I learned many things, and visited many places," he said.
"You?" When he heard everything he said, Arthur immediately stopped his steps, turning towards him.
What surprised him the most was when he spoke of the Moon Goddess.
What did that mean? Did it mean that the Moon Goddess was still on earth and the person who wrote on the golden papers was her?
"Boss?" Santiago was a little worried because of Arthur's reaction.
He even took a step back as if Arthur was going to slap him in the face.
"What do you know about the Moon Goddess?" Arthur asked.
"The Moon Goddess? Boss, I know very little about the Moon Goddess," Santiago replied in a quick tone, worried that the delay would anger Arthur.
"And what is that?" Arthur asked again.
"I only know that the Moon Goddess is the only being who did not leave the earth while the others went somewhere else. It's written in the ancient records of my family," Santiago replied.
"You even have family records like that?" Arthur was even more surprised as this meant that Santiago's family heritage was really very old.
"It is said that the Moon Goddess protected the earth from disaster. Afterward, she went into hiding to recover her wounds. According to the records, the Pyramids in Egypt are her relics. I have investigated the place, even going underground although I couldn't go too far.
"There I found an extraordinary aura, an aura that made me feel as if I were looking at an enormous moon. I was then convinced that the Moon Goddess was really there."
"Do the Werewolves know about it?" asked Arthur.
Unfortunately when he talked to Bruce, he didn't talk about it because from the beginning he thought Bruce didn't know the condition of the Moon Goddess at all.
Plus, he was still a living being who could not always ask detailed questions about things.
However, if Santiago knew about it, maybe the Werewolves did too.
Of course, that excluded Nova and her father as they were completely lacking in knowledge in this area.
Surprisingly enough, Santiago shook his head.
"I've never seen a single Werewolf go to Egypt. Maybe they don't know anything because their lives follow some kind of instinct. I suspect their instincts tell them not to look too much for the existence of the Moon Goddess, just worship her and obey her commands."
"Is that so?" Arthur felt Santiago's words coming through but was also so sure.
"Is there anything else you know?" he asked again.
"About the Moon Goddess only up to there, for other things, I know more," Santiago replied.
"I see! Now tell me everything." Arthur ended up asking for something like that because he didn't want to miss anything.
He continued his movements after he said that, going to hear Santiago speak as he traveled.
The old man didn't mind explaining everything he knew.
Unfortunately, what he knew about other things didn't differ much from what Arthur knew.
At best, he only knew a little more, such as how the Independent Dimensions were divided and the factions there. He knew from the people of those Dimensions that he had captured.
After explaining everything, he asked, "boss, what exactly is something that might thwart you from attacking the Armstrong Family?"
The old man knew a lot of things, but he didn't seem to know anything about this family's relationship with that mysterious being.
This was probably because he had never investigated anything that did not have spiritual power. Unfortunately, the Armstrong Family did not have any.
Their connection with the mysterious being did not give them spiritual power.
Since he didn't really investigate them, all he worried about them was their nukes. He ultimately knew nothing about their plans.
Having already spoken, Arthur explained to her all the secrets.
Sure enough, Santiago is instantly shocked to the point his face freezes.
"So that's what they've been doing all along," he said. "Damn, if their plan succeeds, even I'll be finished. Boss, we really have to stop them."
Arthur didn't respond anymore, he increased his speed.
Within minutes, he arrived at the outskirts of the city where there were many large empty areas.
However, those areas were empty because they were each owned by super-rich people who had made a completely exclusive residence for themselves.
The most expensive one was obviously the area on top of a small hill. It was separated from the others because the hill itself was surrounded by a high wall.
Right on top of that hill, stood a truly massive castle, surrounded by man-made rivers and vineyards.
