Solo Player Arvin

A sudden splash of cold water brought Arvin back to consciousness. He looked around and found himself in a dimly lit room. There was the man with a black mask on his face that splashed water on his face standing just in front, glaring down at him. While around him, various men and women were sitting on the floor. ​​

Arvin thought about the last thing that he remembered. He remembered that he was being escorted by a soldier. They then came to a huge building ton whose entrance there was a big board that said…CITY WATCH.

Then he remembers that one of the soldiers smack him in the head, knocking him out. Then he woke up here. He was confused about where he was…

"Wake up smelly pig!" the man with the mask said to Arvin. While Arvin was still trying to get his head straight. So he did not listen to what that man had said. As the man with the black mask saw that Arvin did not obey him, he got angry. He got so angry that he kicked Arvin straight in his skull. Because of force from the kick, Arvin was flung backward. Because of the kick, he rolled backward. And from the impact between the skull and that mask's man foot, a cut formed on the right eyebrow of Arvin.

Due to the force of the impact, Arvin's head started spinning. While his head was spinning the man with the black mask came and started dragging Arvin on the floor. That man took his clothes and started pulling Arvin from his clothes. Then while dragging Arvin behind him, the man came through an iron door, which was the only room present in the room.

Behind the door was a brightly illuminated room. In that room there 4-5 young men were standing with a tense look on their faces. After that man brought Arvin here, he left through the same iron door. By this time Arvin has come to his senses. He got up from the floor immediately, as the masked man left. He looked around and saw the faces of the young man standing there.

As he looked at their faces he had a feeling that maybe the worst was about to happen. Then the door at the end of the room opened and a soldier came out of it. He then came to them and started saying…

"In a few minutes, you will be taken to an arena. There you guys will have a battle royale with each other. The last one standing will be released today. But the rest will only be released after 7 days. Do you understand?" That soldier said while glaring at all the young people in front of him. Seeing that all the young men didn't even have the courtesy to reply, the soldier got angry.

"I F**king asked you guys a question!!! Do you understand?!" Soldier screamed.

"Yes." Everyone said in unison. While the voice behind that yes was weak and dejected one…

"Good, very good. Now everyone, follow me…" the soldier said…

That soldier led Arvin and the other 5 young men through the door from which he came just now. That gate opened to the colosseum-type arena. In the center of the colosseum was the fighting stage. While around the stage there were sitting arrangements made for spectators.

Arvin saw that the spectators mostly consisted of soldiers. While there few people without the typical armor of soldiers. All the spectators started cheering as soon as all of them came out of them and towards the center stage. As they all got to center stage, a commentator started speaking in a loud voice…

"Harrison…time committed-theft of an ax from the blacksmith shop.

Micheal… crime committed- harassed some ladies in a pub.

.

.

.

A-Hole… crime committed- bathing with fierce bird poop"

As soon as the last sentence was spoken out loud and everyone in the stadium started laughing their a**es off. It was after a minute or two Arvin realized that the guy in the last sentence was him. He didn't do that, what was he supposed to feel about this?

But soon his chain of thought was broken when that commentator started speaking again…

"This a battle royale… The last one standing will be able to go his way out of here today. While the rest of you rats will have to stay in this place for 7 more days…. NOW FIGHT!!" the man screamed. As soon as he finished the sentence a gong rang…

Arvin didn't know what kind of place this was. And he was trying to digest what was going on. But as soon as he heard the sound of gong he came out of trance. But it was too late. The nearest guy to him has already started moving before the gong. And as soon as gong rang, he punched Arvin in the face. That punch was a surprise attack that Arvin had not expected, and so the punch connected straight to his nose.

Arvin was not flung by the force behind the punch but still, he fell on his feet because of the punch. If it was older Arvin, that punch would have resulted in a broken nose. But due to the potion, Arvin's body has been refined to such a level that the punch didn't hurt him at all. It just stung a little bit.

That young that punched Arvin was about to attack him once again, but Arvin had realized the situation he was in. So he abruptly got up, he made some distance between him and that young man, and formed a boxing pose. He never fought anyone before. This was his first time fighting, someone.

Therefore he didn't have any idea about how to deal with these people. So he made a simple plan. He made a plan that at first, he would just try to evade. Then if the opportunity presents itself he will attack.

With resolve in his mind. He waited for his opponent to attack him. the young man then took a step forward and swung his right hand towards Arvin's face. But as the punch was progressing towards Arvin he noticed that something was wrong with this young man…

Arvin avoided that swing with ease. He just took a step back and avoided being hit by it. But by then that young man has gotten full-on Bruce Lee. He had started swinging his hands randomly aiming at Arvin. But Arvin swiftly avoided them…

'Is this man this weak? The first few swings had some power and speed to them. But I was able to avoid those swings with ease. Is he that weak?' Arvin thought. As he was thinking that man swings lost all of their power and speed behind them. Arvin saw this opportunity. So he stepped forward, made a fist in his right hand, and shoved it straight in the young man's stomach.

As soon as the punch got connected, that young man lost consciousness. Arvin when saw that the young man had lost consciousness, he looked at fist like they were magical. He had never punched anyone before in his life. This was the first time he was the one who was at the other end of the punch because while on earth most of the time he was at the receiving end of the punch.

Impressed by his newfound powers, Arvin had a resolve in his eyes. He got confident that maybe he could beat the other people that came with him and get the hell out of here. With that resolve, he turned back. He saw that only two young men were left conscious who were fighting each other. Both of them have blood on their faces. It was hard to tell where they have been injured. Seeing that they were already injured, Arvin smiled creepily.

He then ran towards them, while both those young men were so immersed in their fight that they didn't notice, Arvin was running towards them. As soon as Arvin reached them, he swung his body and launched a full-force punch towards the nearest guy. The punch got connected on its head, making him fall on the ground unconscious.

While the other guy was shocked by the sudden appearance of Arvin, as he came out of nowhere. Seeing that the newcomer was unharmed, without any scratch, that young man had a bad premonition. But unlike Arvin, that young man was a common man. He didn't have any fighting capabilities. As he saw Arvin he knew that the longer he fights, the more he will suffer. So after knocking the first guy, when Arvin threw the punch at the second guy he didn't resist at all.

And soon the last guy standing in the arena was Arvin. It was then he looked around the spectators. Everyone was cheering for him…

"A-Hole! A-Hole! A-Hole!"

And soon the commentator also announced…

"The winner of the match is A-Hole!!!!"

Soon a soldier came to the stage and dragged Arvin out of the stage. They then made their way out of the arena. After going through various doors, they finally came out of the building. Then after making their way from here and there, they finally reached a big iron gate. As soon as Arvin crossed the gate he saw that had taken him outside of the city.

He could see vast grasslands that he saw this morning. Finally, after such a long time, he was able to feel fresh air on his face…
