Chapter 109 - -23<Dry Wind City-3>
Arvin had the time of his life with those three busty and marvelous women that day. He was feeling pretty good so he spent the next day too, in the arms of those women. And after two days of s*x marathon, he came out of the room with a big smile on his face. He was feeling quite energetic. While same could not be said for those ladies. They were normal girls who were ridden by a man with exceptional stamina. So they were all tired out of their mind.
But they were happy from the fact that Arvin compensated them with 6 gold coins each. That was worth cheating on their husband. Plus in these three days of constant s*x they had felt some orgasms that they would remember for the rest of their lives.
While Loki on the other hand was frustrated. He knew that Arvin was a smart kid. But in the end, he was just a kid. And that too he was a kid who was in the phase where his body would produce enough hormones that could give him certain urges. In short, he was in that phase of his life in which the only difference between him and a horny monkey is that is eidetic memory.
So introducing him to s*x was a very bad idea. Loki regretted that he suggested Arvin to not kill Aria straight away. Having him s*x with her was a very very bad idea...
….
After two days' worth of s*x Arvin came back on his track. He had decided that he would go to the city's lord mansion. There he would first kill his daughter and take her place. He had thought a lot about where he should practice his magic. Although hunting in the beasts near the city was a good idea but he then thought that he should think about this logically.
He could go there to ground scorpion's nests and start hunting them. But that would raise some flags about an unknown magus being in the city. And from what Arvin could understanding, it was a very bad thing. He didn't want to gather attention to himself. Especially now when he had introduced himself as Bakemono to black fennec fox.
Arvin had no forgotten that he had killed Alman. He had ties with the 4th floor from what he had learned. If people from that floor come to take revenge on him then there is nothing else that he could do about it. He will become powerless if they come. That is why he had to stay low-key as much as he can. So what would be the way to testing his magic circle without being noticed by anyone? Disguising himself as a known magus.
And the city lord's daughter is his ticket to do that. If he disguises himself as the city lord's daughter then he could perform and practice magic to his heart's content. Then he would not have to worry about being low-key.
Arvin didn't like the idea of being disguised as a woman but there was nothing that he could do about it. So Arvin left the inn leaving those ladies behind and started walking towards a secluded alley. There he transformed himself into an eagle and started flying towards the inner part of the city…
The Dry wind city was like the Dwane city on the 1st floor. While the inner part of the city was surrounded by walls the outer part didn't have any border of any sort. Arvin directly flew into the city. And started looking for the biggest house that he could find. He thought as the according to city lord must be the guy living in the biggest house in the inner city.
Unlike Dwane city, Arvin didn't have any problem locating the biggest house. From what he saw there was only one big mansion in the whole city. While other mansions or houses could not compare to the house in front of him. So Arvin assumed that this must be the house of the city lord.
Arvin landed straight went into the house after transforming into a fly. Then he started flying into the house here and there. He went to all the rooms that he could see and started searching for the city lord's daughter. But to his surprise, he was not able to find any girl that looked like she was the city lord's daughter. Although Arvin did find many women in the house that looked like that they were wives of the city lord…
'Maybe I should have inquired before whether the city lord's daughter is currently in the city or not.' Arvin mumbled.
But as he was here he thought that maybe he should look around a little bit. He should see whether there is something useful in this place or not…
Arvin then went towards the direction where he saw that the security was the tightest. And soon he wound up in some sort of office which was occupied by two middle-aged men and a teenager. Arvin recognized one of the middle-aged man's clothes as he was wearing the same blue color robe that the man from the Aurora clan was wearing. While the other man was wearing fancy clothes. Arvin assumed that he must be the city lord. While Arvin had no idea who was the boy…
"Lord Xander I must say that I never expected that you would come down here yourself. I must say that it is an honor to meet you in person." The teenage boy said to the man from the Aurora Clan wearing blue robes.
"Well, I had some things to take care of here. Plus I didn't want to miss the opportunity to meet you boy. I saw your sister's talent with my own eyes. And if you are anything like her then I would not miss this opportunity to meet with you personally." Xander said.
"You flatter me, my lord." The teenage boy said.
"Raul, I have something important to discuss with Lord Xander. Why don't you go and pack your things?" City Lord said.
"Yes, uncle," Raul said and then he walked out of the office. As soon as the office door closed after Raul left, the atmosphere around these people changed completely…
"Lord Xander is it true? Did the Aurora clan suffer defeat by the hands of those freaks of nature?" City lord asked.
"It is true. We are one of the elders to those mutts. Oh, I am so enraged. If the council members of the clan weren't pulling me back I would bury those mutts to the ground." Lord Xander said.
"Lord Xander when you said that you needed some war resource that you give to Shabari and Hari clan I didn't have any idea that you were planning to uproot Nekota city… I mean you and I share the same sense of disgust for those damn mutts, but sieging their city… That is too much to handle. If you don't mind can I ask you why did you do that?" City Lord asked.
"The secret would be out in few days so it didn't matter now… So my old friend, how much do you know about these mutt's history?" Lord Xander asked.
"Not much… Why?" City Lord asked.
"You see, those mutts found some ancient runes on the third floor. And there is a rumor going on that rune could lead them to the El Dorado." Lord Xander said.
"What is that?" City lord asked.
"We also don't know for sure. But our sources tell us that it is like a sacred temple to those mutts. It is a place made for leaders of those mutts. There is a legend that said that the leaders of those mutts would go to that temple from time to time and give an offering to some sort of diety. Then the leaders would fight with each other.
And the one that becomes victorious thus defeating all the opponents would be granted a special price by the diety. And then that mutt would become the strongest among all the mutts." Lord Xander.
"So why the Aurora clan is making a fuss about some stupid temple?" City Lord asked.
"There is also another part of the legend which tells you that there is a chamber in the temple that is full of cultivation resources and there a hidden treasure buried somewhere in the temple." Lord Xander said.
"Oh…" City Lord said.
"Yes. A clan that is big such as ours could always use some cultivation resources. That is why we are so desperately trying to get our hands on Gracie. That is why I am here. I am here to catch that b*tch." Lord Xander said.
"Does she have any information about that temple?" City Lord asked.
"Nothing that we already don't know. But from our source, we have heard a rumor that she had one of the missing pieces of the key to the temple. She would leave with the piece with the goons of Grahmin tribe people for the third floor. And I am here to catch that b*tch." Lord Xander said with a scary expression.
