Chapter 159 - The Last Event
Chapter 159: The Last Event
Aakesh waved his hands, and the next moment, those who had raised their hands and taken out 15 top Primal stones in their hands disappeared from their chair and appeared on the platform.
He counted the number of participants and found out there were two hundred eighty-six thousand, seven hundred, forty-three.
If anyone else wanted to participate since the event didn't have an initial time, they only had to think, and they would appear on the platform. Aakesh also told the system to add the memory of the event to every person who would enter the store from now on since he wasn't going to introduce the event every time someone entered the store.
When all the participants appeared on the platform, they found the portal to the dimension right next to them.
It looked so grand and majestic from up close that they felt inferior standing near it.
"You can enter the portal now," Aakesh told the group of participants. He added further, "The moment you enter the world, you would forget everything, and from that moment, the time count for you would start."
The participants nodded and started entering the portal one by one. Since a single screen couldn't show hundreds of thousands of journeys of the participants at the same time, Aakesh took away the blank screen and instead asked the system to directly project the scene of whatever participant the crowd liked in their respective minds. If they wanted to change midway, they only needed to think of it, and the memory would start playing the journey of other participants.
"Senior, I have a question," One of the participants respectfully asked Aakesh.
"Go ahead!" Aakesh expressionlessly responded.
"Senior, you said that we would forget everything about power or fighting techniques after we entered the portal and would grow on our own."
"Yes!" Aakesh nodded.
"Does that mean whatever new fighting form we learned in the world inside the world would still be in our minds after we got out?" The participant asked since he had been thinking about this since the announcement.
"Any fighting knowledge you learn on your own would still be your after getting out, but any fighting knowledge you gained from the egg after killing the leader, you would forget it after exiting the portal," Aakesh expressionlessly answered participant.
"Oh!" The participant nodded and then entered the portal.
A few minutes later, all the participants entered the portal and also entered their respective worlds inside the dimension.
The people in the crowd closed their eyes after only Aakesh remained standing on the platform. The next moment, a blue virtual projection appeared in everybody's mind.
Those who knew either the face or the name of the participants they wanted to see thought about them, and the next moment, they felt themselves appearing on the top of the world and now could see the entire view around their participants through their eyes.
If they wanted to see the other participant's scene, they only needed to think of their details, and that scene would appear in front of them.
After every participant in the first group of 286,743 participants had entered, a few moments later, a new person who arrived late also entered after learning about the event and its reward, making the count 286,744.
Out of 286,744 participants that had entered the portal, more than 180,000 participants were above Tao Seed or equivalent level in other power systems, while around 60,000 of the rest group were either Void Condensation or Void Forging level experts.
After all the participants entered the portal, Aakesh snapped his fingers. The next moment, his comfortable chair appeared on the platform. He sat comfortably on it and closed his eyes.
He suddenly had an idea. He decided to test how many participants he could see at the same time by using multitasking.
The next moment, he focused on every participant's details, and the next moment, he found himself appearing inside every participant's world one by one. A few moments later, he found himself watching all the participants at the same time without having any kind of issues. He could see all the participants even if their number got doubled.

After Pento entered the world, he appeared in a place filled with snow, and anytime the snowstorm could start, seeing the movement of the wind.
He didn't know it, but it was him who gave the idea of using territories in the Panagea as the reward. If he knew, he would get happy and sad at the same time.
Happy because a being like Aakesh listened to him. Sad because Aakesh didn't organize that event on the first day. Pento would have never faced the competition he was going to face right now if Aakesh had done that.
He expected thousands of people to participate in the event after hearing the benefits of having the territories in Panagea. But he never expected such a scene, where more than 200,000 people participated in a single event, and that too most of them were high-level cultivators of different power systems. He knew that because even his great-grandfather respectfully talked to many of the beings that were participating in the event.
Even though hearing the conversation between Punta and Brinda made him certain that he had lost the claim at the throne, but he still participated in the event to win the territory, despite becoming the heir, being the primary reason behind him entering Panagea.
Winning the territory may not change Punta's decision of choosing Brinda as the third king of the Bisan Kingdom, but it would increase his power to a level where even the king would need to respect him. Since the value of resources in Panagea was usually high in Visteerna, as the store owner pointed out, he was confident that it wouldn't take long for him to conquer new territory and become the creator of a dynasty.
After appearing in the snow-laden field, Pento started looking around to take a look at the area.
There were no trees in his sights, no matter which way he looked. He then bent down and tried to sense the depth of the snow, but since he had an ordinary body and didn't want to get tired before fighting, he stopped after not finding soil in a single attempt.
Since all he could see was flat land filled with snow, and the temperature was also getting colder, he randomly chose a direction and proceeded to find a green dungeon since it was the weakest of the lot.
