Chapter 467: Chapter 467: Furious

The main reason that Ouyang Huihui was so bold as to lose her rationality was that the atmosphere when they were alone together was too ambiguous.

She breathed in the masculine scent of Luo Ziling, enjoyed the kneading of his hands, and unusual thoughts – things she normally would never dare contemplate – naturally bubbled up in her mind.

Ouyang Huihui had never thought about doing that sort of thing with Luo Ziling in the car; she simply wanted to feel his hands on her a little longer because of the strange feeling it brought her. Many women have experienced this during a spa massage.

Sometimes, people’s rationality is defeated by certain physical sensations, leading them to make irrational decisions.

However, Ouyang Huihui felt a sense of defeat. Having uttered irrational words in confusion, she was outraged that Luo Ziling had actually been scared away. The guy had gone too far, severely denting her confidence; her self-esteem had been trampled on by him.

Ouyang Huihui believed that if she allowed others to do something to her, no man would refuse, but that bastard Luo Ziling had actually fled in fright. It was infuriating.

After Luo Ziling disappeared without a trace, Ouyang Huihui remained sitting in the car, dazed.

The more she thought about it, the more she considered Luo Ziling a complete jerk, scolding him viciously in her heart.

Ouyang Huihui hadn’t planned on leaving immediately, remaining seated in the car for a good while before she started to feel stuffy. Only then did she move back to the driver’s seat and rolled down the windows. Just as she was about to leave, with her seat back in position, the car window was lightly tapped.

Ouyang Huihui, who hadn’t expected anyone to approach, was startled but soon realized it was her bodyguard, who, although no longer closely following her per her instructions, had come to drive the car.

She unleashed her fury on the bodyguard. After jumping out of the car and scolding him for a good while, she finally felt better and walked away with her head held high. The bodyguard, who had been scolded to the point of doubting his life choices, couldn’t understand how serving the young mistress so loyally for many years and following her instructions to come and drive the car at the stipulated time had also resulted in being scolded.

As she drove out of the parking lot, she was still perplexed, unable to comprehend what she might have done wrong.

Fearful that Ouyang Huihui was still angry, she later proactively reported her fault to her supervisor, confessing that she was unsure of what she had done to provoke the second young miss’s wrath. The head of the Ouyang Family’s bodyguards didn’t care, as they were used to the inexplicable behavior of Ouyang Huihui and Ouyang Feifei. As long as the sisters didn’t erupt again, they didn’t bother to intervene.

When Luo Ziling escaped the danger zone, he discovered that he was drenched in sweat and couldn’t help feeling annoyed.

He swore he would never again do such favors for Ouyang Huihui; it was too risky, and who knew, one day his innocence might be taken by her.

Luo Ziling was quite concerned about his many “first times”; Lin Lan was the first person he had been intimate with in that way, so his feelings for her were complex. There were even more “firsts” with Yang Qingyin: the first time holding hands with a girl, the first kiss, etc. He wanted to give many more of his “firsts” to her.

Fortunately, the guys in his dorm hadn’t returned yet; they were probably out singing with some girls.

He promptly took a shower, changed clothes, and even washed the clothes that had picked up the scent of Ouyang Huihui.

After all this, when he blew dry his hair and lay on his bed, he received a message from Ouyang Huihui.

“Luo Ziling, you really are a big jerk.”

Unable to believe he was called a jerk by Ouyang Huihui again, Luo Ziling felt a mix of laughter and tears. He didn’t reply and simply deleted the message instead,

Yang Qingyin hadn’t sent him a message, so he sent one to her first, asking what she was doing.

Yang Qingyin replied quickly, “Laolang, have you swaggered back from outside? I’m painting!”

“Little Yang, you actually have such an interest?” Luo Ziling expressed his astonishment, adding a string of surprised emojis to his reply.

“Big Sister, I am a person who excels in all arts such as qin, chess, calligraphy, and painting,” Yang Qingyin quickly replied with a message, adding a few prideful emoticons.

“Hehe, I like these things too, seems like we really have the same taste,” came the playful response.

“Who talks like you do? What do you mean ‘the same taste’?” After sending one message with several rolling-eye emojis, Yang Qingyin soon followed up with another: “I’ve seen your calligraphy and your chess skills, both are better than mine, and your flute playing too. I just haven’t seen your paintings. When can you let me have a look?”

“My painting definitely can’t compare to Big Sister’s, because my grandfather isn’t very good at it either,” Luo Ziling answered honestly and put forth a request, “Big Sister, how about you take a photo of your painting and send it to me for appreciation?”

Yang Qingyin didn’t refuse; she promptly took a photo and sent it over.

To Luo Ziling’s surprise, it was a scene from the Summer Palace, and in the landscape painting there were two people holding hands—you didn’t need a close look to know, it was the two of them. He couldn’t help but reply with a bit of pride, “Big Sister, who are those two little figures holding hands in there?”

“Just a couple of kids, none of your business!”

“And here I thought it was Big Sister and me!”

“Hmph, you’ve interrupted my artistic mood, I can’t paint anymore tonight!”

“Then I won’t chat with you, to avoid further interrupting your mood. Truly an unforgivable sin.”

“Well, my mood is already ruined, so I might as well chat a bit more with a certain lecherous Old Wolf!”

Seeing Yang Qingyin’s message come through, Luo Ziling didn’t know whether to laugh or cry and immediately sent back another message, “What do you mean ‘lecherous Old Wolf’?”

Yang Qingyin just replied with several rolling eyes.

Before Cao Jianhui and the others returned, Luo Ziling had been messaging with Yang Qingyin.

The two were having a blast chatting on WeChat.

Without being face to face, many things were easier to say, and after sending hundreds of messages, Yang Qingyin claimed she needed to sleep. Chatting any more with Luo Ziling would keep her awake. Right at that time, Cao Jianhui and his crew returned, and Luo Ziling also promptly said good night.

When he entered the room and saw Luo Ziling lying on top, Cao Jianhui was surprised and immediately came over to ask, “Boss, where did you take Goddess Ouyang to play today?”

“Boss, how was it? Did you manage to woo Huihui classmate?” Li Fuming joined in the fun.

Wu Longjiang also chimed in, “Boss, can you share even a little bit of the secret with us?”

Luo Ziling didn’t answer but countered, “You’ve all got the scent of a woman on you; did you go hook up with some girls?”

The three of them sniffed each other with confusion and indeed noticed the fragrance of girls, leading to a burst of sheepish laughter.

“No way!” Cao Jianhui retorted irritably: “We don’t have your level of capabilities.”

“Since the scent of women isn’t from intimate contact, from now on none of you are allowed to say anything about me, and if anyone does, they’ll get it!” Luo Ziling threatened fiercely.

Cao Jianhui, Li Fuming, and Wu Longjiang were left speechless.
