Transmigrating as an Extra Third-Rate Villain

Chapter 175: Chapter 175:Aftermath [5]

Fully emerging from the water, I walked under the bridge before leaning against a nearby wall and resting in the shade.

Walking around the capital city in a drenched academy uniform was bound to attract some unnecessary attention, especially with the Knight Order recruiting session starting soon.

Manifesting a pair of pants and a sweatshirt with corruption, I simply put them on over my academy uniform.

The corrupted clothes seemed to be waterproof as they completely stopped the water from dripping off my body without even getting wet in the slightest.

Walking out from under the bridge with my four crystals and odd-shaped clam shells, I made my way through the bustling capital city.

Arriving at a familiar warehouse, I de-manifested my corrupted clothes before walking up to the entrance.

*TAP~TAP*

After knocking the door, I didn't bother to wait for a response, instead using my key to unlock the door.

Opening the door, I was surprised to see the entire warehouse shrouded in darkness as all the lights were off and the windows were blocked off with various objects.

Walking into the warehouse, I put down the crystals and clamshells on one of the various tables scattered across the gigantic room.

Peering through the darkness, I sighed as I saw that the entire room was basically the personification of the term "messy."

The kitchen area was overflowing with plates, the cushions of the couches were all over the floor, countless food stains lay on all the furniture, and countless mugs of coffee were on every table.

Well, it wasn't if I hadn't expected it.

Leaving a former beggar, who had just experienced his first taste of real money, and a djinn, who was previously a ruthless villain, home alone for a week was bound to cause some problems.

Shaking my head, I turned on the lights, revealing two sleeping figures.

Raven, with his over-grown dark-black hair, was lying on one of the couches, while Zeng was passed out on a table, with his pure white hair almost touching the floor.

Instead of waking them up, I walked over to my area of the warehouse, which Zeng and Raven had thankfully left untouched and clean.

Changing into another pair of the academy uniform, which was actually dry, I manifested a corrupted dagger.

Taking the two odd-shaped clam shells, I began cutting at them and changing their shape, trying to sculpt something.

Finally, after a minute or two, the clams were the perfect size and shape.

Sighing, I de-manifested my dagger before heading back into the main area of the warehouse.

Without any hesitation, I grabbed the TV remote before looking at the TV, which seemed to have been turned on for over a week straight.

Maxing the volume to the maximum with the remote, I connected the television to my smartwatch.

Seeing my smartwatch mirrored on the TV screen, I smiled before heading to my saved videos app.

Long ago, when I visited a nightclub with Jin and Han, I took a short video of the band after seeing Astrid singing.

There was the slight possibility that she would attempt to get me expelled or suspended to prevent me from finding out about her secret, so I took a short video just in case.

Well, of course, that possibility was zero now, considering all that had happened between us, but I had just never bothered to delete the video.

Clicking on the video, I watched it appear on the television screen before sitting down on one of the few clean chairs.

"What's your ETA? What's your ETA?"

" *Mmm-hmm* what's your ETA? What's your ETA?"

"We can go wherever you like. Baby, say the words, and I'm down."

"All I need is you on my side."

Hearing the blasting music that resembled Korean pop from Earth, Raven's eyes immediately flicked open before closing back.

Grabbing a nearby cushion, Raven crumpled it up before desperately attempting to cover his ears.

"We can go wherever you like, now where are you?"

"What's your ETA? What's your ETA?"

Getting off my chair with a freshly made cup of coffee, I looked down onto the couch where Raven was sleeping.

Seeing Zeng's eyes also flash open, I slowly turned the volume down before removing the cushion from Raven's ears.

Finally, looking upward, a small smile appeared on Raven's face as he saw me... and what I was holding in my hand.

Without any hesitation or greeting me, Raven grabbed the cup of coffee from my hand before rushing it to his face.

Sighed, I sat on the armrest of the couch before turning to Raven, who was now sitting up.

"You do know caffeine is a drug, right? So... you're basically a beggar turned drug addict. Really moving up in the world, aren't you, Raven?"

Shaking his head with a smile as he sipped the piping-hot cup of coffee, Raven shook his head and replied.

"A rich drug addict, get it right!"

Wiping the bottom of my pants as I stood back up, I sighed before responding.

"Is it too late to say, 'Don't let the money get to your head?' "

Wiping the remnants of the coffee off his mouth, Raven smiled and replied.

"Waaaaay too late."

Putting down the cup of coffee on the table, Raven stared at the television, which was still playing the video of Astrid singing, before asking.

"Anyway, when'd you get back, boss?"

Scrolling through the messages that Raven had sent me, I replied.

"Just now."

Looking around the dirty and chaotic room, I added.

"Looks like you guys had a party without me?"

Pulling up our message logs, which showed the countless messages I hadn't responded to, Raven immediately replied.

"If you're going on vacation, why can't we!?"

Shaking my head with a smile, I turned to Zeng, who was sluggishly and slowly walking over to the couch where Raven and I were sitting.

Seeing my face next to Raven's figure, Zeng wore a slight grin before saying.

"Welcome back, boss."
