In the morning, Luna was having breakfast with Ethan. Today is the schedule for the last check-up before giving birth. she hoped that her husband would accompany her because last month instead had Nathalie accompany her for reasons of being busy.

"Ethan, are you going to be busy today?" asked Luna.

"Yeah, I'm going out of town, maybe coming home late at night," replied Ethan while eating seafood fried rice.

Ethan put down his spoon and looked at Luna who was looking down and almost crying. "I truly can't. If it's just a regular meeting, maybe I can cancel it. but this is important and out of town. We've made a schedule ahead of time it's impossible to just cancel it."

Luna turned to look at Ethan with teary eyes, then asked, "what do you want with your cold attitude? Are you planning to divorce me? don't you see my patience is the proof of my love? But why do you keep behaving like this? I miss my old husband!"

"Who said I wanted a divorce? I will never divorce you!" Ethan confirmed, then got up from the chair.

"Why survive if you stay like this? I have a husband but I feel very lonely and always alone," said Luna in her sobs.

Ethan sat back down and couldn't bear to see Luna cry. He immediately took the smartphone in his trouser pocket and called Andrew.

"Hello Drew, please announce that the meeting has been postponed by three hours. Because we will be there a bit late," said Ethan when he was connected to Andrew.

Ethan immediately hung up the phone and returned his focus to Luna.

"Come on, let me take you to check now before I'm going out of town," he asked.

Luna wiped her tears roughly then looked at Ethan who was trying to calm her down. "Thank you for taking the time."

"Yeah, let's go to the room and get ready," replied Ethan as he got up from the chair.

Luna immediately got up from the chair and walked up the stairs while being led by Ethan. Her growing pregnancy made her very easily exhausted and her husband did not let her go up to the upstairs room alone. when he was not at home, he would ask Ira to watch so that the pregnant woman did not go down or up the stairs herself.

Arriving at the room, Luna immediately prepared to change her negligee with a more covered negligee in dark blue and pinned some of her long hair back. she also wears light make-up and doesn't forget to carry a small, cream-colored branded bag that she always carries. Meanwhile, Ethan, just silently watched her get ready.

Feeling she was ready, Luna immediately approached Ethan who was faithfully waiting for her. "Let's go," she said.

Ethan immediately stood up and took Luna's hand and walked out of the room. Cautiously he led his wife across the stairs. Arriving at the hospital, Ethan and Luna immediately walked to their regular obstetrician's room. The husband and wife walked leisurely down the hospital corridor which was not too crowded because it was still very early to visit the hospital.

"Instead of checking it yourself," Ethan said flatly.

Luna pursed her lips while glancing at the pretentious Ethan. But she chose to remain silent rather than quarrel with her.

As they almost entered the doctor's office because there was no one in line, Ethan and Luna crossed paths with a familiar figure. That person was Sarah who had just come out of the obstetrician's room with a man.

Sarah looks pale and weak not paying attention to Ethan or Luna, she continues to walk with the man towards the exit of the hospital. Luna looked back until the girl who had slandered her husband walked away and was nowhere to be seen.

"Is she pregnant? And who is that man?" Luna wondered.

"Maybe her husband, let's hurry in. She's no longer our business," said Ethan as he pulled Luna to immediately enter the doctor's room. for him, Sarah is a disaster that makes him and Luna no longer harmonious, considering how the girl slandered him in a very disgusting manner.

Luna obeyed Ethan to immediately go to the doctor's room to be checked. But her thoughts remained on Sarah who was with another man. She remembered that the girl had been seen affectionately in the photo with Edward and thought they were having an affair behind Viona's back.

"Please lie down, Mrs," said the beautiful doctor who was waiting for Luna.

"Uh, yeah." Luna, who had been thinking about Sarah for a long time, immediately returned to focus on the check-up process. She immediately lay down on the available bed, while Ethan waited on the chair.

The beautiful doctor immediately checked Luna's heartbeat and womb with a stethoscope then checked her blood pressure. After that, she felt the pregnant woman's belly to make sure the baby was of normal size and not underweight.

After finishing the external examination, the doctor began to smear Luna's belly with a gel-like object and began to place the object connected to the monitor.

"The position is right and the weight meets the standards for baby health," said the doctor while looking at the monitor. Luna turned to the side to notice an object that displayed a picture of her future kids, as well as Ethan who approached to take a look.

The husband and wife smiled when they saw their prospective kids visible on the monitor. suddenly the doctor smiled broadly while moving the object connected to the monitor. She could see the gender positions of the twins though a bit dimly.

"Wow, looks like you guys can come up with two proper names for them because they no longer hide their identity," said the Doctor.

"What's the gender, Doc?" asked Ethan enthusiastically.

"The complete package, because they are a baby boy and girl," replied the Doctor with a happy smile.

"Wow, they will love each other and take care of each other," said Luna as she turned to the monitor. She could see the two babies were almost in a hug position.

"Miraculous," Ethan marveled at the gift of God he was about to receive. He smiled happily because he was able to know the gender of his kids. After a long time of not smiling and always being cold, finally, Luna could see his face smiling sweetly.
