Chapter 84 – Phantasia “Leaving” Dawn city.
"Hey. Did you heard about the Wood Mask?" – asked the dark elf player.
"Yea. I honestly though he was just some NPC, but when I saw him, I found out he was a player." – said the other dark elf player.
"I mean, damn."
"He is mass producing items, but each and every one of them are quite good."
"Yea man, but what to hear something interesting? I looked a bit into the Wood Mask and apparently, he was only selling potions before. And not some low quality ones, but the ones with very high quality." – said the second dark elf player.
"Wait, really?" – asked the other player.
"Yea. So not only he is pretty good guy when it comes to crafting armor and weapons, but also good when it comes to crafting potions?"
"…Say. Do you think we should recruit him?" – asked the first dark elf player.
"Nah. Forget it. There is no way our small guild would be recruit somebody like that."
"But I heard some rumors about some bigger guilds trying to recruit him. We can straight up give up since we have no chances compare to them."
"…. Yea… You are right."
"…."
(Huh. So, there are that kind of rumors going around about me?) – though Phantasia while walking around without his mask.
A lot of time had passed after I ended up becoming the dwarf apprentice as well as started to sell my products.
The product I was selling most of the time were mass produced goods, however even those were quite popular since they were both good and not overall pricy.
Honestly, people were asking me to join them or were asking if I could make costume made equipment for them as soon as I started getting famous again, but I decided to say no.
Costume made equipment does cost a lot and I could end up earning a lot of money, but my schedule was already busy as it is.
However, I was sometimes creating some better equipment here and there for two reason: Experiments and experience. I sold the good weapons among those experiments, since they were indeed pretty solid weapons that was quiet usefully.
As for the plan? It was working extremely well.n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om
The dwarf had taught me a lot and had corrected some mistakes I didn't even knew I was making.

I really didn't knew that learning on your own while learning under somebody could have THAT big of effect.
I mean, sure. When somebody teaches you, they will explain things, give you information and all sort of things.
But DAMN! That dwarf teaching did the work I didn't knew was possible! I didn't knew if that was because I now had a teacher or because of the fact that guy was so skilled in terms of crafting.
But either way, I can say this thing for sure: It was fuking worth it.
It was worth becoming that guy apprentice!
As for my own research and plans? They had progressed by a lot!
Not only that, my understanding of the Unliving Heart research as well as refining bit of the necromancer knowledge alongside the dwarf teaching came extremely handy.
As for mana guns…. Yea they are still problematic.
I researched different ways to upgrade the mana as well as researched different type of add on or modification to the gun.
For example, I added a revolver like cylinder that allows you to fire mana shots way faster with each cylinder having its own cooldown between attacks.
This is a quiet nice thing, since if I add a type of MGG that focuses on the quick fire, I'm able to fire at fast pace between the shots. Somewhat like machine gun if you look at it in some way as well. However sometimes there are few problems with that still need to be fixed.
I also researched other stuff useful stuff.
But obviously there are problems…. A way more than I had originally though.
One of the problem being that some guns requires a lot of different materials.
This don't really sound that bad, right? But what if I started making even stronger guns? What if one place cannot provide me with enough specific materials? This is the problem.
For example, the necrotic gun. I need necrotic element mana stones or mana crystals, but what if the place I'm currently in doesn't have either of those?
I'm trying on making the guns using materials I can use from this place, but what if I end up lacking the key materials?
Especially the mana crystals and mana gems. They are one of the key materials for the creation of the mana gun.
I had also run into few other problems, but I won't be explaining all of them.
And if somebody is wonder, no. I'm not selling my mana guns yet, nor anybody is researching them beside me, expect for the dwarf.
Honestly, I asked the dwarf to keep the existence of the mana guns a secret a bit, since I want to make a big appearance with them in the future.
I managed to convince the dwarf to keep the existence of the mana guns a secret, but in exchange I gave him some of my data as well as prototype mana guns, since he himself want to experiment a bit and see what they do. He got interested by them the same way I did and honestly, I cannot blame him, the mana guns are extremely interesting! And not only that, but the research from mana guns had also helped me with some other researches that weren't about the mana guns.
I'm honestly interested what he could come up with and stuff, but from what he told me he was quiet too busy to try anything himself, expect for checking out bits of my data. Well, I'm not really complaining, since he was paying me some money for that data.
As for cyborg modification? There were also going pretty well. Especially the Unliving Heart researched notes helped me out improving my cyborg body by a lot. Many errors or problems I have been dealing with nonstop had disappeared and I had made some interesting discoveries and stuff.
Not only that, but other "Stuff" was also getting ready.
And with that I was now able to finally start moving "Things" as well as my plan.
[Current Location: Evilin workshop.]
"I got to say mate. You surprised me." – said Evilin.
"I wasn't expecting for all of your original skills to be self-taught, but I guess I was wrong."
"But not only that, but after I polished you enough, you straight up became a monster in terms of crafting! Hahahaha!" – the dwarf laughed.
"…. Is this… a compliment?" – asked Phantasia.
"Yea! And the interesting part is that you can keep growing!" – replied the dwarf.
"Anyway, what did you wanted to talk about? Is it about lesson regarding the mage items?"
"No…. Well…. There is the thing." - said Phantasia.
"…."
"Fuck it. I will be straight."
"I will need to leave the city."
"?"
"Wait, what?" – said surprised dwarf.
"Like…. You are going out somewhere for some time?"
"No…. Fuck it!" – said Phantasia with annoyed voice.
"…Okay…. It's quite complicated and quiet private matter that I shouldn't talk about at all, even with you…. But let me give you somewhat short version or explanation thing."
A friend of mine, a close friend of mine ended up fucking up big time."
"And now I have no choice but to go to him and help him out."
"And the annoying part is, I maybe gone for quiet long time, if not fuking few months, I don't know how long I will be gone. I have no even choice but to even move out my things and head to him."
"?"
"Wait, isn't this…. You know… Kind of big? What the hell is happening to make you straight up move out suddenly? Is it really that important?" – asked the confused dwarf.
"…."
"Well…. Sorry. I cannot tell you. It's very private matter. I wish I could, but I straight up cannot." – said Phantasia.
"All I can say is that I will be going and helping out my STUPID FUKING friend who got himself in big mess. And now he suddenly remembers me as well as the whole debt situation and asked me to rescue his ass."
"If I didn't own him, a big time at that, I would straight up say "Fuck you" to him…. But the problem is I really own him that kind of big debt."
"Tch."
"That bastard really got himself into really annoying trouble…. Well, I'm an idiot for being friend with that stupid guy and even owning him that kind of big debt in the first place."
"Anyway, helping him out will also give me some nice benefits as well, so it's not like I will come out empty handed form this. I will get something out of this while also cleaning up that whole debt we had between us."
"So with that being said, I don't really know how long it will take. It may take not that long, or it may even take few months."
"…."
"Well…. Wow. This is quite sudden and all…. So, like what? Are we saying goodbyes for now or something?" – asked confused dwarf.
"Well…. I don't know… But I guess we should? I maybe be gone for quiet long time and I even have to pack all of things."
"…."
'Sigh'
"Well, this is all so sudden and everything, but I honestly hope that everything will goes well for you." – said the dwarf.
"Yea. Let's hope so." – said Phantasia.
After saying my goodbyes to the Evilin as well as other people I knew such as the other disciplines, Mario the merchant and some other people I knew, I then packed up my things and left the city.
After spending so long much time and having so many different situation, I was finally done with that city…... On the surface that was.
While nobody was watching or even noticed me, I moved all of my stuff into the old necromancer base.
Yeb.
I DID NOT LEFT THIS PLACE!
In fact, after this place was inspected by the city guards and then left abandoned, I ended up slowly moving and taking over this place.
And now, this place had been fully taken over by me and turned into my own base!
(This is straight up perfect!) – though Phantasia while putting down an boxes of materials down.
(Nobody really knows about this place, expect for the dwarf as well as the head of the guards and some of his trusted men, since we needed to keep the matter regarding the necromancer base a secret and everything.)
(AND I WAS THE ONE WHO SUGGESTED THAT!)
(The reason why they agreed to my proposal was simple. They didn't wanted any trouble.)
(I gave several reason why we should keep the existence of the necromancer base hidden.)
(For example: There could be somebody who would want to get their hands on the necromancer research, in order worlds, we would provoke some greedy people to come here that would bring nothing but trouble.)
(Or I also gave the other reason being that the people that may have been connected to the necromancer may end up asking some things about his base. There was a chance that they were working together, but did not knew his base location.)
(Simple put, I manipulated them into believing the fact that the revealing necromancer hideout location and stuff to the public was a bad idea until we confirm if the necromancer was really working alone or not.)
(And thanks to that, I have now my very own base that the guards don't even check on, in order not to give any leads to the possible mad up "Friends" of the necromancers.)
(Gosh. I really have knack for manipulating people, eh?)
(Either way, it all worked out.)
(And now I have my own base where I can conduct any shady stuff without worrying about anybody spotting me!)
(Not only that, but I got what I wanted from the dwarf alongside the fact that I had obtained a lot of materials.)
"After so FUKING long!"
(I have prepared a LOT of stuff!)
(Now its just time to use it all without holding back at all!)
"Its time to let lose."
"And it's time, for the "Doctor" to go on the rampage once again."
