Chapter 166: Keemer, I want to be with you -
Chapter 166
When Qi Mo carried Sheng Mumu back to the car, Xiao Wang had already raised the partition.
The spacious interior of the luxury car was divided into two separate spaces.
Leaving the noisy environment of the bar, Sheng Mumu felt as if the mute button had been pressed next to her ear.
In a daze, she couldn't find her bearings.
She could only cling tightly to the man beside her, seeking the familiar scent that comforted her.
She leaned her head against his chest.
One hand pinched the edge of the third button on his shirt.
The meticulously buttoned shirt was rumpled by her grip.
But the man was not annoyed in the slightest, gently patting her back to soothe her.
The car window opened, letting in a refreshing cool breeze.
Sheng Mumu's hair was blown about by the wind, the ends brushing against the man's neck one after another.
Qi Mo's breathing slowed, his thick lashes casting a shadow beneath his eyes.
As the angle of the dim yellow streetlights outside changed, the shadow flickered slightly.
Like his heart at this moment, unable to be still.
Xiao Wang didn't ask Qi Mo where to go, but drove straight towards Xiyu Yue Courtyard.
It was quiet in the car cabin.
The only movement was Sheng Mumu's increasingly restless hand.
At some point, it had come to the edge of the man's jawline.
Up to no good.
Using her soft fingertips, she traced the man's sharp, rugged jawline on and off.
Her voice drunk, she murmured:
"Qi Mo?"
Hearing his name called, the man's jet black eyes suddenly tightened.
Lowering his voice, he said:
"Yes, I'm here."
After he spoke, Sheng Mumu grabbed his shirt a little tighter.
The head buried in his neck slowly lifted up.
Sheng Mumu had gone to the salon for a full body spa before going out today, leaving her smelling fragrant from head to toe.
Now as she moved, the sweetness in the air mixed with a faint scent of alcohol assaulted Qi Mo.
"Qi Mo," she called his name again.
The warm air brushed past his ear, and Qi Mo's Adam's apple rolled up and down. Lowering his eyes to look at her, Sheng Mumu's slender brows knitted slightly.
She seemed to want to say something, her lips moving as she tried her best to organize her alcohol-jumbled language.
The man appeared extremely patient, not hurrying her at all.
His gaze slowly circled her face.
Gradually lowering, until finally settling on her rosy, moist, crystal clear lips.
Because she was thinking, the corners of her lips were lightly pursed, an extremely delicate outline, moist and lustrous.
"Qi Mo, I want to be with you--" Sheng Mumu stopped for a moment, dizzy and muddled, her drunk eyes half-closed.
Qi Mo's eyes flashed, as he quietly watched her.
After a long pause, she finally organized her words. Nodding her head, she said:
"I want to compete with you."
Qi Mo didn't understand what she meant. His low, husky voice had a soothing tone as he asked:
"Compete in what?"
Sheng Mumu tilted her head to one side, uttering one word at a time:
"Compete in...doing...sit ups..."
"I'll...give you...three points..."
"Compete with me...okay?"
Even drunk, Sheng Mumu didn't forget the grievance that no one wanted to compete with her.
Compromising in her drunken state, the corners of her lips sank down sadly, pouting in disappointment that looked extremely pitiful.
However, before Qi Mo could react, her head heavily drooped down again as she leaned limply against his chest, her hand going soft and flopping down as she quietly closed her eyes.
Qi Mo's eyes flashed, staring at the troublemaker in his arms for a few seconds.
He smiled helplessly.
"Drunkard."
Just as Qi Mo thought she had really fallen asleep this time, and slowly lightened his breathing, turning his gaze out the window.
Sheng Mumu suddenly raised her hand, using her fingertip to poke his pectoral muscle.
Qi Mo's brow twitched, his heart stung as if by a bee.
The tranquil eyes were stirred up with emotion, a hint of murkiness in his gaze.
Sheng Mumu narrowed her eyes, shamelessly poking and squeezing a few more times.
Pouting, she mumbled:
"Not bouncy at all, so hard."
The next second, her hand was grabbed by a larger one.
The man lowered his eyes to look at the troublemaker in his arms, his voice somewhat hoarse:
"Don't move." However, this warning was clearly useless for the drunkard.
Sheng Mumu easily slipped her hand out of the man's loose grip.
Opening her hand, she moved it back to his chest.
Using all five fingers, she pinched.
Lifting her drunk eyes, she unreasonably said:
"What's wrong with touching a little?"
Then, her slender fingers bent slightly.
Scratching and pinching two more times.
The shirt material was very thin, the seemingly ticklish and enticing sensation coming through the fabric.
Qi Mo's breathing slowed for a few beats.
The clear, cold black eyes were stirred up.
The suppressed emotions almost bursting out of his chest.
He took a deep breath, pressing down the drumming of his heart.
Once again grabbing her hand, firmly locking her in his embrace.
Not allowing her to continue stirring up trouble.
Nor allowing himself to take advantage of her inebriated state.
On the way, Xiao Wang stopped to buy some sobering medicine.
After Qi Mo fed it to Sheng Mumu, he pressed her against him to force her to be quiet.
By the time they reached the villa, the sobering medicine seemed to have taken some effect.
She was much calmer, no longer touching and fumbling.
But the hand wrapped around the man's neck still refused to let go.
Qi Mo carried her out of the car, intending to take her upstairs.
She frowned, pushing him away, insisting:
"I can walk myself, I'll show you I can walk a straight line."
She had barely lifted her foot to take a step when an arm slipped around her slender, soft waist from behind, supporting her. Ignoring her repeated shouts, he strongly led her away.
The master bedroom was on the second floor.
Despite the short distance, it took them a full three minutes to get there.
Sheng Mumu was slightly more sober, able to grasp her current situation and regain some of her thinking ability. But she was even less quiet.
From "getting handsy" she turned into a "problem girl."
Firing off questions the whole time:
"Qi Mo? Why are you back?"
"Weren't you in Germany?"
"Am I dreaming?"
"Oh right, I remember, you came to the bar to catch me."
"Why did you catch me."
"All I wanted was to drink, what's wrong with that!"
"......"
Her questions came one after another without response.
Qi Mo supported her, walking behind her.
His lowered eyes concealed the indistinct turmoil in his gaze.
Pushing open the bedroom door.
Qi Mo pulled out one arm to find the light switch on the wall.
Sheng Mumu seized the opportunity, twisting free of his hold.
Qi Mo's outstretched hand withdrew back into the air, caught by Sheng Mumu grabbing his arm.
Sheng Mumu leaned all her weight onto him.
She stared at him, puffed up indignantly.
Her drunken words mixed with truth and complaints.
"I'm talking to you."
"Why are you ignoring me."
"Is it because I took advantage of you and you're angry?"
"You're so petty, you're treating me badly......"
Qi Mo met her gaze.
The air froze for a moment.
Her eyes were brimming, a flush rising on her cheeks, adding to her charm.
Although questioning him, she had no aggression at all.
On the contrary, charming and bright, her gaze like silk.
Stared at by her, the string in the man's mind named "reason" finally snapped under her repeated unintentional provocations.
His eyes grew increasingly thick, his breathing hotter and hotter.
In an instant, the surroundings became as silent as a vacuum.
He could hear his own heartbeat, pounding as if about to burst from his chest.
Abruptly, his Adam's apple rolled.
His long arms circled her slender, soft waist, while his other hand clasped the back of her neck.
In just a flash, he turned and pinned her against the door.
