NPC into Player: Let's Wreck This Game

Chapter 304: You Dare To Keep Those Babies Off Me?!!

Chapter 304: You Dare To Keep Those Babies Off Me?!!

"One week?!!" the two exclaimed in shock while Bloom only nodded.

"How? You said it would take a month!" Antoan couldn't help but say.

"I have to rush things up for the war," Bloom simply said.

"You seem quite interested in that chick," and Nara finally touched the sour topic, "are the rumors true then?"

"What rumors?" Bloom calmly asked.

"You are in love with her," she said those heavy words that any girl would find offensive.

"I only see her as a close friend," Bloom lied, "I have only you in my heart."

"I don't believe you!" she said in doubt, "you are waging a war for her!"

"Out of a game quest," he honestly said, "I did all that for quests that's all."

"I don't believe that!"

"That's the truth," he shrugged, "I have a long and deep series of hard quests to complete. And one of them requires me to keep her safe."

"Is this a game or a dating site?" Nara sneered and her words made him laugh.

"I frankly don't know," he couldn't help but say, "all I know is that these quests are very important, not only to me but to everyone."

"Humph, next time you'll have a quest to marry her and even have kids!"

And this time even Antoan couldn't help but laugh with him, and she only harrumphed again and kept her angry look over her face.

"Alright, let's hope it won't reach such a stage," he couldn't help but laugh.

"First you go after my assistant and now you are even going after the NPCs next time I won't be surprised to find you dating a female monster," she kept ranting about it and he could only smile.

"Alright, enough to this for now," he could only change the topic for his safety, "we need to gather as many players as possible."

"These rewards won't be enough to allure them," Antoan said, secretly giving his master a hand here.

"No one would come to join a womanizer like yourself," and Nara said.

"We need players," Bloom said, "what can we offer for them to join us?"

"Benefits of course," Nara finally returned to her old self, "without more benefits they won't think of joining us."

"Give me some suggestions then," his mind was already preoccupied by many things and he didn't want to add one more to his overcrowded to-do list.

"The most enticing thing for any player is gears," she said, "then places to level up, and finally money."

"Hmm won't they accept fame and glory?" he asked.

"Like what?"

"Like the title of being members of the first guild in the game," he said.

"Well it might work," she said after a moment of hesitation, "and might not."

"Sigh, then we need gears," he couldn't help but think of his plan to hijack caravans, "but all I can provide is high end gears."

"H- High end?" her face changed before she hurriedly said, "like what? C'mon, show me one."

Bloom was surprised by her reaction before he took out a level fifty grade gold sword and gave it to her.

And the moment she saw this long shining blade of the sword with a ruby gem embedded nicely in its hilt and she instantly fell in love with it.

"Damn! You have such a baby and refused to give it to me? I hate you already," she said and he finally understood to what degree players would crave for gears.

And he couldn't help but laugh.

"Alright, it's yours then," he said and she hugged it like she was hugging a precious thing.

"Who said I planned to return it to you in the first place?" she even pointed her tongue to him in a teasing way.

And he could only shake his head.

"Give it to me and I'll give you a nicer one," he suddenly said as he enjoyed this game.

"Nicer?" he face beamed with greed, "no, give me that nice one in addition to this little baby here."

"Hahaha, c'mon, you will have two treasures like these?"

"I'm your girl, or should I name myself Anna for you to take care of me?" she aggressively attacked as she decided not to leave without getting the two gears away from him.

"Hahaha, alright, I'll give you another one but try to remain calm, deal?"

"I'm already calm," she said and even Antoan didn't believe her.

The next moment he took out another sword. It was the sword he took off the body of the mayor of the Lion town after killing him.

It was a level one hundred, grade red sword. When he took it out the air around it vibrated while its blade shifted between silver to red color before returning silver again.

"Oh my gosh!!!" and the next instant she couldn't help but stand and jump at once to snatch it from his hand, yet he moved his hand away and made her miss.

"Give it to me," she shouted like a little girl asking for candy.

"Hahaha, be such a nice girl and return to your seat first."

"I'm not in a school here," she jumped again to snatch the sword and this time he let her have it.

"Damn! Da- a- a- a- amn!" she suddenly shouted before jumping around like celebrating something, "it's such a su- u- u- u- u- uper cool sword! Screw you, you had such a baby and kept it away from me? I hate you," she hugged the two swords like holding the most precious thing in the world.

"Alright, let's use this as a reward for anyone joining," Bloom said, yet she turned to him and glared in a reprimanding way.

"That's not right," she returned to her seat, "these babies can't be given to anyone!"

"Didn't you say players would be crazy about these?" he couldn't help but ask with a puzzled look.

She glanced at her swords before saying, "they will go nuts if they knew about such babies," she said and her words added more puzzlement to him and even Atnoan.

"Then why not give them away?" Bloom asked to understand her conflicting words.

"They are too precious to be given away simply and freely like that," she paused as she was thinking so seriously about this, "but we can announce them as final rewards, items being offered in our guild's store to purchase."

"Guild store?" Bloom muttered.

"Any guild will have a private store in it," she explained, "and players need to make contributions to get points, and use these points to buy items there."

He finally understood her meaning, and so he nodded. "Sounds fine to me. We can use them to lure a large number of players out."

"Forget about normal players, even those hidden masters will show up and be fighting to join our guild," she confidently said, "but I'll need more of these. After all these two swords only satisfy the sword wielder players."

He understood her meaning before finally saying, "I'll take screenshots and send them to you to use."

"Sounds great," she said before suddenly turning to him, "do you have higher levels than this? C'mon, give me your best."

He couldn't help but laugh when he heard her words and saw her greedy smile over her face. "What do you think I'm? Santa Claus? the owner of the game?"

"Even the owner of the game can't pull such gears out of my pockets," she said in envy, "how did you even get those?"

"I was just lucky, that's all," and he laughed and said nothing about his secrets.
