The next day...

Sheng Ruming woke at 5 am. He was slightly sweaty as he woke up from his sleep. Honestly, he couldn't fall asleep at night. Whenever he closed his eyes the thought that she was sleeping in the next room, floated in his mind. He tossed and turned on his bed for nearly two hours before he could sleep.

After waking up, he went straight to the washroom. After cleaning himself thoroughly,  he went outside and walked to his closet. He took out a set of sportswear. He put on a black pant with white stripes around both sides and a black hoodie. These were made of the finest material and the most expensive ones at that. 

Ji Yanli chose those attires for him as these were currently trending. She thought those would go well with his perfect body as it was true.

After he put on a pair of white new sports shoes, he brushed his hair and it looked like a messy wave hairstyle. It seemed as if he was spreading young and charming vibes in his current image. Any girl who could see him in his current getup would fall head over heels for him.

After that he came out from his room. When he came outside of Luo Lixi's room, he glanced toward it. She was curled up in the bed and was sleeping soundly. Only Her cute head was exposed in that messy duvet. He smiled as he didn't go inside and walked to the downstairs. 

It had been days since he went jogging. After Luo Lixi came to his life, he would rather spend the time with her than wasting time exercising. 

Now that he had the plan to go overseas, he needed to finish all his due works in the company thus now he had to exercise in the morning to clear his mind as the goal of finishing all those important works in a single month was quite frightening to even think in a dream. 

He walked outside of the villa and started running in the road.

The southern part of the Ming city had less population than the other areas. As this part of the city had many small hills and mountains, only some families could be found in the whole vicinity .

He started to run from the villa entrance and went into the forest further. The road became broader as he ran along. The area was safe thus people could roam around freely. 

Sheng Ruming went there as his three bodyguards followed him. They were wearing casual clothes too so they didn't grab any unnecessary attention and the locals didn't think anything about them either as it was quite rare for so many young men to run in the early morning. Some old men were walking on the road. He greeted them smilingly as he went past them. The old men smiled and had a favourable impression of him.

On the other hand, as the sun began to rise in the east, it's warm light came inside the room through the glass window and began to lit up the whole room. A maid entered her room as she went to the window and opened it to let the fresh air come into the room. 

When Luo Lixi heard the noise, she opened her eyes slightly. As she woke up from her sleep, her eyes were misty. She rubbed them as she sat up in the bed.

"Good morning, miss. Sorry, did I wake you up?" The maid asked as she went up to her.

"Mmm, good morning and it's ok." She answered vaguely as she rubbed her eyes. Those were slightly itchy as she rubbed them.

"What time is it now?" She asked the maid as she yawned. Her eyes were misty and sleepy.

"It's only six am. It's still early now. You can sleep a little longer if you want." The maid said as she stood beside her.

"Ok then." She plopped in the bed and buried herself in the duvet sheet. 'Sleeping early in the morning is the most comfortable.' She thought as the warm sunshine fell on her through the window. She rubbed the super soft bedsheet in her hands as she looked outside.

"If you need anything please press this button. I'll go now." The maid said as she passed the remote button to her. She took it and put it down beside her. After sleeping for another hour, she woke up as it was already seven o'clock.

The woman lazily dragged her body as she sat up on the bed and went to the washroom. She wanted to take a bath early in the morning. Also, she needed help as her right hand was injured. 

Thus she clicked the remote button. Within one minute, two women came to her rushingly. One was a middle-aged woman and the other one was in her early twenties.

"Miss, how can I help you?" The head of the maids asked her as her tone sounded extra polite. Another woman stood a step behind her as she peeked at her in curiosity.

"I want to take a bath. Can you help me? As you can see, I can't use my hand." Luo Lixi showed her injured right hand to her and said in a sad tone. 

"Of course. It's our job to help you. Please wait for a moment." The woman said as she went to the bathroom and began to fill the bathtub with warm-hot water.

The bathroom was very spacious. The bathtub itself was very big. So it would take a bit longer to fill it up with water. She checked the water temperature with her hand and prepared the other things. 

The other one looked at her sleepy face and walked to the closet in the room to pick clothes for her.

Meanwhile, Luo Lixi went to the window. When she looked outside, she saw two black Roll-Royeches were parked in front of the villa's main door. 

Some men in bodyguards attire were talking among themselves. Among them, one was present last night. He was talking with Xiao Huang and others when they felt someone was staring at them.
